I don’t think waiting over half an hour for 2 drinks is acceptable .
Rude and unprofessional. Earlier this week, the drive thru employee dumped a venti cup of extra hot coffee in my lap and his only response was “was that my fault?” I pulled into a parking spot and not one single employee came to check on me. My friend with me went inside and got the rest of our order and they gave me some burn gel. No one apologized or checked in, at all.

I have been to this location 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Not one time did they have whip cream. They have also been out of whit chocolate and other menu items. I will not being going back for awhile.

Staff members are polite, smart, and efficient, explaining things like how to use the app so that old folx understand. Drinks are made with impeccable accuracy and consistent flavor, and the messages on the cups are appreciated as little things that make the day. When a mistake was made with a drink ordered hot instead of iced, the team rushed to fix it without treating the customer badly. However, there are complaints about one rude girl inside and long wait times in the drive thru, sometimes over 20 minutes even when ordering on the app. The biggest complaint is no consistency on the coffees, specifically the brown sugar frappacino, which was once given as an ice coffee. The drinks are not cheap, so the recipe should be the same every time.
