Lids do not properly fit cups. Twice in a row, lid came off as soon as employee handed a person with me their cup, spilling hot coffee all over. Otherwise very nice place and staff.
My husband and I go here all the time sometimes twice a day and we order the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espressos and the strawberry lemonade refreshers.. it’s hit or miss at this location. Greensboro is much better! Drinks taste different almost every time we order you just never know what you’re going to get. There’s two nice ladies that work there ( brown headed young lady , and the blonde headed one named Tori ) and one brown headed guy that is very nice as well. other...read full review

Consistently inconsistent order ahead/doordash availability. On a couple occasions I’ve experienced rude workers at the take out window. One in particular was bc I wanted them to shake up my macchiato before I got it so I wouldn’t have to stir it while driving.
