Staff are very friendly and fun to chat with but I do have one issue, as I went to order the lady who assisted me was mopping the floors and then without washing her hands went directly to serving me. I was going to get food as well as a coffee but seeing this poor hygiene I opted not to get food. I hope that sanitation will improve going forward as I've otherwise had a great experience.“
