This was my very first visit to Bojangles, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly attitudes from the staff, which immediately made me feel welcome. The store itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, which is always a great first impression when trying out a new restaurant.

Ai takes your drive thru order & I couldn’t understand what it was saying. But the ppl inside didn’t seem very friendly / happy / idk what you’d say they was but they wasn’t polite.

I ordered the 8pc family dinner at the drive thru. The young lady did a fantastic job, she was polite, pleasant, and helpful. The food however was not very good. The flavor just wasn't there. I haven't had Bojangles in a couple years and was looking forward to it but ended up pretty disappointed. It will probably be a while before I'll try it again.
