Service was not good on Nov. 29th around 3pm. The cashier was obviously new and there should have been someone there training him. I'm laying the blame on the shift manager of the day, there were other employees in the back obviously laughing at the cashier having a hard time. If he's not able to do that job , move him to washing dishes, and keeping the place clean. I was there with my Mom and Uncle and took him almost 10 minutes to get our order rang up, then another 10 or so to get our food. Then, they ordered combos and were told you had to buy the drinks separately....SMH! 🤦♂️ I bought them 2 extra drinks with my order and will probably not be back to that Burger King franchise. I ordered the big fish combo, it was really greasy and I just couldnt eat it. Just go get a Filet o Fish at the Golden Arches. Whomever owns this franchise needs to clean house of the dead weight workers, hire some people who care about their job and customers.

The workers in here are awesome. Very polite, kind, professional and helpful. The only issues I see are out of their control and would fall with the franchisee (except maybe being out of onion rings lol). Place could use a little sprucing up. Lights, bathroom, dining room, all are suffering from neglect. None of this falls on the folks working. They're making the most of what they have. They all deserve raises. This is more appliances, fixtures, and physical plant.

The service here is absolutely terrible. The cashier is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. In the middle of giving my order she cut me off, said hold on and walked away for a good 5 minutes leaving us standing there. Didn't apologize or anything when she came back. Anytime I was polite and said thank you she never said your welcome. Nothing. If you hate your job so bad get a new one. It isn't hard to be polite and have decent customer service skills, this is the 2nd time weve dealt with her and after today wont be back. Restaurant was also dirty on top of that. And the chicken nuggets that came with my daughters meal were disgusting.
RUN AWAY FAST!!! This place needs to close down! They can't get orders right after it being repeated MULTIPLE TIMES. 3 total. Menu was blacked out. Lady had no clue what she was doing, or what the meals were. We usually do not eat here, but due to the adams family promotion, we gave it a try, and after years of not going, nothing has changed. Order not correct, no toy for my child after asking 3 times for the meal WITH A TOY(again only reason we came). This is one of the worst places in Reidsville to eat. It's hard to beat Hardee's, but Burger Not the King is getting close.

My personal opinion if you don't have people skills or work ethic don't get a job where you have to deal with people the lady that took my order was very short with me and did not give me time to add a second meal when I said something about wanting another meal she got real offensive like I was the one that messed up
