The broiler was out. Only fryer-type product, ok. Signage was up. Had to wait for the young lady to stop talking about her Facebook page with an existing customer (about 3 minutes). Not busy, nor drive-thru. You got it... we have to make fresh chicken nuggets and fries, but the royal crispy chicken pattie is ready, oh, and you get fresh hot fries and nuggets.

Do not order a milkshake through the app! I ordered a chocolate shake through the app. When I went there to pick up my order they told me they stopped selling any kind of milkshakes a while back! Luckily they did substitute a different food item to cover the cost of my shake and the food was great!

Nice customer service. Very friendly and kind.Especially in the mornings!! Food is hot but sometimes the tater tots are not. But overall good food. Customer service is probably good at night as well but i mostly go for breakfast. I will share when I stop by in the evening/night.

Very slow service. It is clear no one wants to be there and they take it out on their customers. Waited in the drive thru for 23 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me only to be met with rudeness at the window.
