Hey it 12:00pm in afternoon I order a triple whopper with cheese meal with fries and extra side of large onion rings they charge me if everything but when I call the Burger King in Reidsville nc and told them they forgot to give me my first and dr pepper they told me to call door dash how u charged me for things I never got smh will not order again and tell everyone I know not to go their

I did a mobile order, had to wait about 10 mins for my food, didn't bring my drink out to the car with my food, was told to go inside and get it. Didn't have dr pepper like I ordered. Asked for ketsup didn't get, the inside by the drink machines was messy and sticky but my burger and fries was really good and fresh. I've never visited this burger king before, just rating on this experience

Staff was more or less concerned with drive-thru. Had to wait for service, was with a friend of mine that wished to make an order but the cashier left before he could make an order. I ordered but I got the wrong order, it was supposed to be a sausage and bacon croissant and ended up with a double bacon sandwich that looked like it was flattened.

As always, this restaurant is in dire need of a good operator and a good manager. They are always short staffed and the employees are not well trained. Our prepared food was adequate, what we expected. An employee was taking his break in the men's room, so the door was locked the entire time we were there.

My husband and I just tried to go inside of this place to have lunch, it’s noon. The doors are locked, yet someone is inside eating. The drive thru is spilling into the food lion parking lot. We promptly walked away and drove over to Arby’s to have lunch. Horrible service.
