My pizza was made wrong (I can’t stand olives) but it was too late for me to go get another, almost our toddler’s bedtime, so Chris put a rush order on the correction and had it delivered out to us! I am so pleased and will definitely order from them again.“

“Frist of all, I am regular customer that ALWAYS tips the delivery driver AT LEAST $10. I am so disappointed tonight. I tried to place an online order and it was saying that an error occured over and over. so I called the store and got the automated system. placed an ordered, got my total, and estimated delivery time. The automated lady said, Thank you, Maria and it disconnected. I order late due to work schedule. I waited and the order never came. I called back they said there was no order placed. Of course, it was closing time so NO food after a long hard workday. I am extremely frustrated! if you choose to use an automated system for your customers to use, you need to make sure it works!!!!!!!!“

“Not many pizza huts have buffets since the pandemic but this one does still and it always pleases each time I go here for the buffet. For an affordable price and a variety of pizza and salad options, it's perfect for lunch. Not only the food is great, the employees, notably Shanti and Brandi, go the extra mile to attend to customers.“

“I went through the drive-thru, they were very friendly, fast and she had no attitude when I wanted to add something at the last minute! The biscuits were perfect like they usually are, I think there might have been one time that the biscuits were burnt (unlike Bojangles in Reidsville who tends to have nothing but burnt biscuits)“

“I placed a large order Thursday evening. The customer service I had was wonderful. There were four teenagers working and they were great. I wish I knew their name so they could be recognized. They were definitely a team.“

“Store's quality check recognized that they put wrong toppings on my pizza so they remade it and had correct pizza in the oven when I got there to pick up. They added a 2l soda for my wait. Pizza 🍕 was perfect and customer service EXCELLENT!!!“
