“Frist of all, I am regular customer that ALWAYS tips the delivery driver AT LEAST $10. I am so disappointed tonight. I tried to place an online order and it was saying that an error occured over and over. so I called the store and got the automated system. placed an ordered, got my total, and estimated delivery time. The automated lady said, Thank you, Maria and it disconnected. I order late due to work schedule. I waited and the order never came. I called back they said there was no order placed. Of course, it was closing time so NO food after a long hard workday. I am extremely frustrated! if you choose to use an automated system for your customers to use, you need to make sure it works!!!!!!!!“

My pizza was made wrong (I can’t stand olives) but it was too late for me to go get another, almost our toddler’s bedtime, so Chris put a rush order on the correction and had it delivered out to us! “When I ordered it was super easy. Got to the location, was a very nice location, clean and very friendly staff. I was informed I was missing a pizza which took 7 mintues to get. The only issue I had was I was missing my sauce that I ordered about 5 dollars worth. Customer service handled it nicely and gave me 10 dollar store credit the next time I go to this location, which I truly love. They are one of the best locations I have went to.keep up the great work.“
