My party of four arrived at around 7:00 on a Saturday night. We were happy to see it wasn't too busy. The hostess seated us and after more than 15 minutes of the wait staff ignoring us, we got up and left. Went to a very nice restaurant down the street for dinner.

We had the pleasure of having Dakota as our wairess tonight. She was very friendly, and checked on us often.
We did the Monday burger special and it was cooked perfect. Fries were a little too salty, but man, they had that awesome crunch!!
* Now, the downside.
Big downside was sitting in the back, on the side of the bar and hearing the loud rattling in the overhead duct. It was a bit annoying.
Yes, they are a little obviously understaffed, but all the ones there tonight were friendly and professional.
Some of the regular menu items are above average prices. Understandably, cost is a factor everywhere, but the too high cost may deter regular diners.
Overall, great spot and hope it has staying power here in Reidsville!

The waitress gave us our drinks & We waited forever for her to come back and take our food order. It was supposed to be roasted corn, but had black burnt parts mixed in it. I ordered a steak...well done. It came back black and charred. I'm serious. The steak was black around the corners and in the middle. I asked for well done, not burnt or charred. The baked beans were dry & looked like they were a week old. My sister waited 25 minutes for a cup of coffee and had to stop a different waitress & ask her for the coffee. Overall....it was Bad service! Bad cooking! Bad food! Bad experience! Not a way to keep customers! We will not go back there again!!!

I was not impressed. I got a 10 oz ribeye and ordered it rare. It came out med well. I sent it back and it came back ok. No seasoning except salt. Half of the steak was fat. The hostess could smile some of the time. The waiter was very nice.

Do yourself a favor get a burger to go?Then go over to wendy's and get a dave single .. I guarantee you.The fast food hamburger will taste better than coaches hamburger

Happy to hear that coaches was opening app, but this place has been an absolute crap hole the entire time.It's opened their pool tables never work.They mess up our orders every time and they never give a silverware

I WILL NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone! The hostess seated us promptly but then we wanted 15 minutes no one came by to ask what drinks or if we was ready to order. Then i asked the hostess if there was waitstaff..the hostess then took our order.. it took 40 minutes to recieve simple food items. They were not busy at all there were alot of empty tables. The food was sub par..my husband's grilled chicken was burnt and hard..tender over sauced cheese Stix were cold and cheese hard. My husband ended up having yo take meds when we arrived home for nausea ...do not eat here!!!!!
