When my daughters and I arrived, Sullie greated us with a smile and was very friendly! He seated us promptly! Avery was our server, and she was very friendly and offered superior service with helpful recommendations about the appetizers and entrees. The food was incredibly tasty and very generous servings!

Highly recommend the burgers and fried pickles! Their burgers are smash burgers, and the toppings are fresh and generous! The brownie sundae was incredible! Soft, warm brownie and delicious vanilla ice cream. Treat yourself, you deserve this dessert!

As we were leaving, I asked to speak with the manager because I love to recognize excellent service and food. Reese came out from the kitchen to speak with me, and she was very friendly, too!

Good lord where do I start, I have been here a couple years ago and had a decent experience, but tonight was totally different!! There was only 1 Table and 3 booths occupied when we got there (which ain't shit) Anyways it took atleast 4-7 (maybe longer) for anyone to recognize us,and when she did approach us she seemed like she was preoccupied! I wanna say so much, but its pointless!! I cant tell you if the food was good or not cuz we waited longer than we should have ,beings the place was dead, I can say my chicken was cooked correctly (or should I say there was no pink)

We tried this place a few times a couple years ago. Last time the service was absolutely horrible, the food was raw, and we got sick. The bartender/manager went on break and No one was able to get any drinks during that time. We tried again recently and our waitress was high and they only had 2 beers on tap. The interior was run down. We were afraid to order food and left.

I finally decided to give Coach’s in Reidsville another shot. I called in a Togo order for 2 for a quick & low key dinner, which consisted of a gourmet cheeseburger w/ loaded fries, and then a grilled bbq chicken sandwich and a side of chili cheese fries. The food was absolutely spot on! Everything was fresh, cooked perfectly, & delicious. The food was packaged up nice and neat with all the condiments when I got there to pick it up. The pricing was the only thing that I thought needed a little work, it was a bit steep for the 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. But I don’t mind paying a little extra if the food is on point , so it all worked out . . All in all , I will definitely be putting Coach’s back on the good list.

Despite being understaffed my waiter( don't know her name sadly)was friendly,punctual,and professional. The food was great as well. Lastly, I will be coming back.
