At 4:45 pm on a Monday I was told I'd have to wait 13 minutes for a 3-wing dinner and 2 sides. I had the time so I did wait but this is unreasonable especially at this hour!
Very disappointed, and I've already stopped getting the breast dinner because more than once it's been too stringy and touch to chew.
