This franchise is hit or miss on fried chicken. I ate there this evening, and my chicken thigh was no bigger than a chicken nugget from McDonald's. Now I realize why I've been eating fried chicken from KFC lately. The biscuits are always good, but the fried chicken needs some work.
Don't know the young lady's name, but the girl working the window the past few times during lunch is great. She always has the biggest smile and actually seems happy to be there!
