The absolute best service by the young man at the first window (i unfortunately did not get his name) and then the Manager, Philip, at the second window. if people spread joy and kindness like these guys more often, the world would be so much brighter. Loved both of these guys' attitudes, their smiles, just a great experience (in a drive thru, no less! lol)
On 9/4, while passing through from Raleigh to Charlotte @ ~9:30 p.m. went through the drive-thru. In a time when most voices from the speaker are barely understandable, the young man immediately separated himself with clear enunciation and natural energy that showed pride in doing a job well without being artificial, made more notable by the late hour and slow pace of business. The McDonald's in Richfield is highly regarded, with some customers driving from Albemarle specifically for its milkshakes. The service at this location is reportedly superior, and one customer noted that the McDoubles they received were the best they'd ever had from McDonald's. The staff is amazing and does their best, working multiple areas with a smile even when busy. The store is very nice and clean, and the manager is wonderful. The food is fresh, with fries being so hot they are dropped fresh.
