“The absolute best service by the young man at the first window (i unfortunately did not get his name) and then the Manager, Philip, at the second window. if people spread joy and kindness like these guys more often, the world would be so much brighter. Loved both of these guys' attitudes, their smiles, just a great experience (in a drive thru, no less! lol)“

“Times are not correct!! They close some days at 12 or some days at 2am kinda like like when they choose to close they close! II was there last weekend and they closed at 2am call a week later and they are closing at 12!!! Not consistent with time but the food is good!!!“

“BILL is the man.. I am a big rig truck driver . And snow ❄️ has fallen in NC and EVERYTHING was closed . , not only ( COOK OUT ) WAS OPEN , but surviving the full , HOWEVER I cant fit in the drive through windows cuz of my BIG ass truck , so I walked a block in the snow walked to the window and ask if I can order even tho I cant fit in the drive thru..

Not only BILL took my order. He didn't want me to wait in the cold ,so he made my order right there .. I tried to tip him for the trouble but he also refused the tip

Not sure if BILL is a manager or a worker, but this was very we'll appreciated and people like him is why I always try to do the best for people. Cuz IT WILL COME BACK AROUND

“Drive through lady on 12/26/25 around 1:30pm was very attentive,friendly,nice and made sure we had everything in our order. Placed my order ahead and it was ready for me by the time I got there. The food was delicious!
Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone! :)“
