No one in line yet took money and received drink nearly 3 min prior to asking for the change back . Pull off forgetting the only other thing we ordered was a blt sandwich. And remember there wasn't anyone else in line before us so naturally a blt surely couldn't have occurred a wait time . Update May 23 downgrade. Sometimes, it's better than most fast burger joints. Its inconsistent lately. The last few times the hamburgers were not as good. Just carelessly slopped together. My wife and I ordered the same things. My bun was smashed, her toppings were missing. Both burgers were cold.

Food has always been good and made to our specifications every time we've been there.Sometimes the staff are not very pleasant and seem/act as if they would rather be anywhere but Cook-Out. I do know and understand how frustrating it can be at times when dealing with the general public but as an employee of the particular establishment, whatever it may be you should always try your very best to notlet your frustrations and poor attitude be taken out on any customer or co-worker....read full review
