I am officially done ordering from here. I have a long history of why. I will start with this story first, this was like the 4th time I get the same driver that’s an older woman call my phone and claim she can’t find my address.
It’s not a new address it has literally been here since the 2000s when it was built. She claims Google Maps doesn’t help her. I have never had anyone ever tell me they have a hard time finding my address. Nobody, not even my 60 plus year old mom when we first moved here she put it in Google Maps and found it quick.
It gets worse or should I say weirder. For a while when I would place an order under my name this stuff went on between 2024-2025. I would put please do not knock leave at the door. I always tip when I place my order online as well a few male drivers at the time would ignore my instructions leave at door and knock and not only that but blow up my phone calling and texting me, their at the door, and would linger and wait trying to get me to come to the door I never did.
It was so bad at one point I called the store and told them can you please have your driver leave my front porch I’ll grab the order when his gone. My boyfriend never had these weird encounters he would place an order use his name they leave it at the door no problems. I place an order when his at work and I’m home alone with our child same creepy stuff again lingering at the door calling my phone waiting to leave.
There was one occasion the driver on my ring camera footage sat in his car from the road and slowly left I cracked open the door to grab the food and I saw him stop again so I shut the door back. I stopped ordering from them for a while because of these weird situations but tonight was the last straw.
Never had issues with Dominos. So I’ll stick with them. They’re more pricy but at this point I don’t care I have NEVER had these issues with Dominos. I don’t recommend ordering from here. Between the weirdos who for some reason wouldn’t leave my door and this woman claiming she can’t find my apartment after repeatedly contacting me everytime she delivers I’ve had enough.

I ordered a small hand tossed cheese pizza with an order of 6 wings, crispy. It cost almost $30, they showed up an hour late so food was ice cold, wings were mush, and the pizza looked like a piece of cardboard with cheese on it. It was so thin I couldn't even pick it up had to roll it up like a burrito. Worst $30 I've ever spent on food in my life. I will NEVER order from here again

Absolutely the WORST Pizza Hut in the world. Manager and staff are terrible. Food is hideous also. You’d be best to cook a Tombstone. Same quality

I normally don’t complain but tonight was just ridiculous. I normally order here and pick it up and have no problem. But tonight I didn’t feel like it so I did a delivery order. I order my food at 7:42pm it said the delivery would be 30 to 45 mins which was okay. An hour goes by so I decide to call to check on my order, the lady first excuse was the driver took two orders, okay cool I can understand that but that still shouldn’t take that long when I live 10 mins away from them. Then she gets the manager on the phone his first excuse was the delivery driver was new and took to orders so he is probably having a hard time finding my address then he says I’ll call the driver and places me on hold. As he is calling the driver, I go outside to meet the driver at my driveway (I had cameras at my home). I tell him his boss is calling him, he answers his phone (on speaker big mistake) the manager isn’t really trying to do anything at all doesn’t even apologize for how late my order is. The food is not hot and it looks a mess. My order got delivery at 8:57pm basically 9pm. If my kids were not hungry, I probably would have just ask for a refund. Even though the service was bad, I still tipped the delivery driver because I’m not that kind of person to be rude or angry because I really don’t believe it was his fault I believe it’s his managers! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN!

Ordered dinner at 530..Order came in 45min one pizza was wrong . I called they were sending me another. After 45 minutes I called to check she told me it would be right here. After a total of 1 1/2 hours the second pizza arrives cold as ice
Maybe tell your employees (guy with the sleeve tattoos and beard) not to stand right next to the front door and smoke.

Awesome staff at the Richlands pizza hut, they aim to please so you have your order your way. Tried thier pasta with chicken and very good. Good size for single serving. My favorite pizza there is super supreme, pan and can only get it in large so the very accommodating lady suggested a hand tossed and could make that in a small. It was terrific did I mention on line special for pasta only $7.00. Go to pizza hut in Richlands for great service and cooked with care food.
Wheelchair accessibility: Can't walk so pick up window is my go to businesses. Must better lighting would be nice they always look closed!
