Awesome staff at the Richlands pizza hut, they aim to please so you have your order your way. Tried thier pasta with chicken and very good. Good size for single serving. My favorite pizza there is super supreme, pan and can only get it in large so the very accommodating lady suggested a hand tossed and could make that in a small. It was terrific did I mention on line special for pasta only $7.00. Go to pizza hut in Richlands for great service and cooked with care food.
Wheelchair accessibility: Can't walk so pick up window is my go to businesses. Must better lighting would be nice they always look closed!

Ordered food for our family. Delivered to my house missing multiple items. Called the store and was told they would bring the items. Delivery showed up and was still missing items. Absolutely ridiculous. It isn't hard to check an order against a receipt to make sure everything is there before leaving the store.
Our order tonight was one of the best pizzas we had in a while. I called and asked them to tell the cooks how great it was. Hats off to the two cooks Saniyah and Milena for a job well done. Thank you!!!!!
Food was not right ordered a thin and crispy got a hand toss plus hair was in food have not went to this Pizza Hut in a while in Richlands N.C. When I did this happened that’s why I quit going for a while in first place now it happened again so I think I’m done with the Richlands Pizza Hut it’s sad cause I live there have to go to Jacksonville or beulaville to get Pizza Hut now sad

Pizza Hut now has a new answering service that when you call to place an order, you don't even get to talk to the Pizza Hut location. You are routed to a call center and can't even hardly understand the people you are speaking to. They take FOREVER to place your order. After my order was placed they refunded me AFTER I WAITED AN HOUR FOR MY FOOD. I called again, thinking it was an error somehow. About 10 minutes after placing the order they refunded me again. Total joke. Done with Pizza Hut
