Ayden is the best worker, i had the best subway sandwich give him a raise
Most people doesn't like or eat bread and are very picky about their food. So went to this store and got meatballs in a bowl and only gave me four and chips for $9.39. That is wrong. Normally they give me 8 to 12 meatballs in a ball and chips for that price. I'm not going back to get anything else from them. I can go to the store and buy meatballs and get the sauce to make it my on my own cheaper than those four meatballs and chips they gave me. Normally I don't write reviews but I am tonight.
Absolutely disgusting the past couple of times I’ve been. I literally just wasted 10 dollars on a wrap that was inedible and ended up in the trash I would have been better off just wiping my ass with that money. Ingredients are never fresh I will not be ordering from this location again.
We ordered pick up and my BLT was tiny compared to the other items on our order. They forgot the tomatoes and the bacon was translucent?? Both of our subs were supposed to be toasted and they weren’t.
I came to this store to grab dinner. The manager Lavetta clemments. Was super nice friendly. Treated her employees with respect and kindness. The best subway I have been to in over a decade. I would give her 10 stars if I could

Everyone who works here is so nice sometimes I go for lunch it's close to my work and they are always friendly and fast I'm in and out in no time I will always visit this branch

You should be care of who you hire especially when it’s by a high school with pretty young girls. My daughter and her friend have been harassed several time by a grown man that works there. Extremely disappointed and disgusted.
So, for the most part, all subways are the same. It’s the customer service that really makes them or breaks them. Today I had the pleasure of being served by Alex. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He didn’t give me special discounts or special treatment. He just did his job and he did it well. He hustled through a 15 minute order in half the time that it normally takes. I was thoroughly impressed with how hard he was working. So again, thank you Alex for an enjoyable and quick experience at Subway.

This location is kind of a hit or miss. The service usually is good but sometimes not so much. Toppings usually seem fresh especially in the afternoon. There’s been issues though with either not enough bread being pulled for the day and or the oven not working to toast my bread when I’ve come in a few times now. Overall I’d still recommend this location over the other one in Richlands! They also honor the paper coupons that come in the mail and online ones unless they have their system down.

Poor effort - - took almost 15 minutes to place an order. My kids were getting ready for a Flight to Japan & actually watched this dude talk for 15 minutes while we waited.I won’t even talk about the flies.

Went to Subway was going to order the BOGO deal cause the app said that particular subway honored the BOGO. Get there lady behind counter said well you have to have a coupon. The app and on TV never mentioned that you have to have a coupon. Anyways had to pay full price. So get home and the subs were horrible just gross. Wow what's happening to all of our restaurants. Subway used to be ok but now NO! Will not go there again.

Robert was extremely helpful on helping me create the perfect catering box for young children. He was super polite and displayed a high level of patience with someone who is indecisive. Robert was able to do it in a timely manner and offered to carry the order out. Thank you for your humility and dedication to meeting customer needs.
