Applebee's Grill + Bar

The food was very disappointing. We waited 40 minutes for our order, and when it finally arrived, the steak was burnt, HAD A HOLE in it for some reason, they took away 1/4 of my steak and was not enjoyable at all. The fries were soggy, and the mozzarella sticks were cold. Overall, the quality and service were disappointing!

No service after walking in staff sitting at bar and dirty mop and bucket upon entrance. My family and I would not recommend eating at this location. Only reason for 1 star is so it would post.

Don't expect much from the appetizer trio left hungry

The food was about the only thing good here. The food took about an hour to come out. Once we got our food it was good. Waitress was ok, but, the atmosphere was so bad. Bar allowed locals to get drunk, and scream and holler at each other. These locals also went to random tables to drunkly engage with patrons not a part of their party. Seemed like drunks were friends of the staff, and allowed to do their behavior. I also walked in on an employee (part of the cook staff) doing drugs in the stall of the bathroom.

Walked in and waited for someone to greet us. Saw staff seated at tables looking at us and laughing. No one ever got up to seat us so we left.

My family and I were here last week and we were not happy with the services. It did not look like a typical restaurant I would go to anymore. The waitress was slow. Waiting for food was very slow and by the time I got the food it was cold and had a bitter taste. There were only 4 tables with customers seated including my party at around 1 pm. What took nearly 40 minutes for food to be brought out by the waitress? I will not throw my cent into this place anymore. I will look at other restaurants that will provide better service and food. Applebee's at this location is never the same as it was before. Been here many times. My family and I could not have a good time here.

First I wanna start by saying I’ve been to this location before and have never had a problem. However today the service was terrible the bartender shaquanna acted as if I was such an inconvenience to her night and interrupted or distracted her from serving her friends at the bar , I asked multiple times for the most simplest things , lemon or lime , silverware and even an extra side and I was met with attitude and was blatantly ignored. She was more attentive and communicative to her friends at the bar. The food was fine could’ve been better, but the service tonight -10 . What makes it worse is I was in and out under an hour before closing.

Traveling from PA to Myrtle Beach and stopped in for lunch. Exceptional food and service! Our waitresses, Quita, is a true gem!!!

Took forever for us to get our food and they brought it out piecemeal 2 orders at a time. Wait staff was not in a hurry.

I knew Applebees was struggling but I would not come here again.

SO GHETTO!! My family and I walked in waiting to be seated and the staff (waiters and barista) was just staring at us so I had to asked one of the waitress was there a host/hostess or do we go and just sit. She stated they didn’t so i was like oh well lets go sit and she was like “OH NO, I have to go get the manager and he has to sit you” I see why they had minimum cars because they’re service is 👉🏽🗑️
