We got there and ordered are drinks and 2 of them were made with dirty cups that had dried lettuce on the inside of the cups. We ordered another drink that also had dried lettuce in the cups. My 7 year got a used kids menu with the tic tak toe and word search already filled out. Not there fault but how do you eat rib let's. The urinal was over flowing and the place was over all disgusting.

Shared dinner at the bar the evening of March 1, 2024 and marveled at a couple of efficient, hard working ladies behind the bar cranking out multiple meals and drinks. Usual pleasant Applebees atmosphere and meals. A friendly go-to place when we’re on the road.

The service was slow. Short staffed. Not very clean. Heard cussing from staff while talking among themselves and F bombs coming from the kitchen. There were children in the restaurant being forced to listen to this!

Service: manager very friendly and working, bartender friendly,good service also serving tables….the rest of attending servers were poor…hanging outside fraternating with friends while the restaurant needed help….not caring about service to your clients…

There was a long wait for everything and we never got the breadstick that was part of our meal.The waitresses were grumpy and rude.One dropped a tray, which happens, except no one mopped the floor, leaving it slippery.The food was not hot, and I didn’t get my water refilled until I had finished eating. This place has problems!

I went to Applebee's for my lunch and the waitress was great and did all she could to get us our food as fast as she could but unfortunately we had to leave to get back to work so we got our food but I didn't get the chance to eat it because we left to go back to work. I say that to say I had a long wait and never got a chance to eat. I was hungry but the waitress did all she could with not enough help

This experience was terrible. I will never return to this location. Our server was super slow it was like he didn’t care about anything. He took forever to bring the food and check. He did not check on us at all. The table and floor was nasty. I ordered my child the pizza kids meal and it looked like it was dropped and put back on the plate, a picture is attached. I do not recommend at all.

This place 1- needs to shut down or 2-needs to hire a whole new crew.Only Two servers working. Tables everywhere dirty. Manager on duty too busy hanging out with a table the entire meal.Hardly any occupied tables but yet couldn't get anyone to come to your table. Food raw.Last three times My family has been here same way. Will be last time for a while.Other tables complaining also.

It's Applebee's...the wife and I sat at the bar. Service was great, plenty of folks joking and having a good time. The drinks were cold and the food was warm. We had a great experience, staff was friendly.Parking: Sufficient parking around the location. I would not pull a trailer into the parking lot during busy hours.
