The male employee that took our order did not greet us when we came in. He did not speak to us but at the register so we could not hear him. The menu for one of the platters says double meat but does not say we can not get 2 different kinds of meat. We sat inside to eat and were not happy. It was not busy yet there were many tables that needed to be cleaned. The seating area was freezing. There was not a place where you could sit that did not have very cold air blowing on you. Even the 2 employees that were doing an interview in the seating area were wearing coats. It is April 4 2024 and it is not hot at all outside yet they have the A/C cranked as if it was 100 plus outside.

I gotta say... I love biscuitville. Nice staff that has never been rude. This is rare for fast food. Certain places I just won't eat at in this town due to rude and unprofessional workers. Stopped here on our way from VA Southbound. Never heard of this chain but so glad we stopped! The service is amazing, everyone was genuinely warm and smiley, the food was hot and fresh! Absolutely worth it!

This was our first visit. We only went through the drive thru, so I did not get to see what it's like inside. However, our food was great and the service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. I ordered biscuits and gravy. My wife got a turkey sausage and egg biscuit. We both loved our choices. The only problem was that there were a lot of things on the menu that looked great, so we had difficulty deciding.
I really wish we had a Biscuitville closer to where I live. We look for one every time we come to NC!!! The service is awesome because everyone is so nice and helpful. I tend to try whatever biscuit special they have .. today was a loaded meatloaf biscuit. I also got a hash brown, an apple blossom and a caramel latte. Everything was so good. I could only eat a couple of bites of the biscuit. If I was Keith Lee, that would get a for sure you right on!!!! I'm starting high....5!!!

Like every fast food restaurant that is out there, what is delivered to you to eat never looks as big and beautiful as the pictures. Try the meatloaf biscuit. It's loaded with almost everything they've got, and it's pretty good, even though it doesn't look as impressive as the picture.
