Husband went for breakfast for the family. No bacon on a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Missing Bo round’s. Waited so long in the drive thru the ice in drink had melted. No reason to be in a drive thru for 35-40 minutes for the order to be wrong!
the one in Roanoke Rapids NC is a complete let down.. bad food & bad service
Don’t bother looking at their hours of service. They don’t follow them. Twice this week I tried to go through drive through after work at 9:30 when it says they close at 10:00pm. Both times they said they closed early. I wasn’t the only car that was turned away either. I’ve heard from several other people about them having the same experience. Frustrating!

The team works together in sync, and excellent customer service is guaranteed, with a polite and professional staff. A doordasher mentioned that it is nice to see how well everyone works together. Arriving late is not an issue, as the cashier is accommodating and the food remains fresh. However, there have been complaints about the quality of the biscuits, with one customer noting a hard top and bottom on the egg, sausage biscuit. Despite some recent disorganization, many customers still appreciate the attention to detail, especially the butter and cinnamon sugar on the sweet potato pies.
