Saw the signs for Cook Out years ago and always wanted to try. The place always appeared busy. They have a double drive through - on either side of the building - that is not at all intuitive. They need to paint some arrows or something to make it more clear. I ended up driving I to second drive through the wrong way and had to turn back around. I got the cedar, bacon burger, which was just Ok. Presentation was pretty bad as cheese was oozing out of the foil wrapper. Taste was decent but I've had much better fast food burgers. Fries were unseasoned and I was given no ketsup. Service was mediocre. Girl barked, "thank you" at me after she handed me my food. I have no plans to return.

It's been such a long time since I had some CookOut but the food is still delish.
A must try place for juicy burgers, amazing thick shakes and delicious sides of onion rings, cheese bites, and hush puppies! I ordered the tray meal that came with a hamburger (I had steak style for my hamburger), onion rings, cheese bites and substituted my drink for an Oreo Carmel Shake. I was told to try the hush puppies so I got a side of them as well and they did not disappoint. It’s not a sit down location but it does have fast window service and great price for the amazing food that you get!

Thanks to the staff at 730 on 2/28 Wednesday night y'all make a lot of fast food places look real bad food was fast and hot just like we ordered and it was 4 trays man we are spoiled now.

Food is always good and hot but for some reason tonight they substituted a piece of grilled chicken inside my cheddar style burger and neither asked if it was ok or told me. They added the usual toppings of a cheddar style burger which means they intentionally tried to deceive me. It was not bad but outright lying and substituting a completely different meat????

Ok, i know this place is not a gourmet restaurant but the double cheeseburger Cook out style is off the hook. Same burger I used to get in 1986 at Kermits Truck Stop diner in Albermarle NC! The best!!!
