Management definitely needs to do some training for their workers. If you are going to work in fast food at least have the correct attitude. Instead of telling someone to “speak up” in the drive through how about politely ask for them to talk a little bit louder. It may also help if on the other side of the microphone the worker isn't laughing and hollering.

We stopped here after a doctor's appointment. We decided we would splurge. Lol. We went inside and were immediately greeted. The place was clean and in good order. My husband ordered a chocolate dipped cone. The manager took our order. She was joking around with us. My hubby joked saying he wanted a 2 foot tall cone with extra dipped chocolate. The staff laughed. The girl that made his cone made sure it was a little extra. I ordered the heath caramel brownie cupfection. The girl took her time making it but when I got it, it looked just like it did in the pictures. Plenty of chocolate and caramel. The brownie was a whole brownie that was warm, like it had just come from the oven. They didn't skimp on the heath bar pieces, either. It was incredibly decadent. The prices were reasonable, too. Although this DQ has a good menu, too, we opted just for ice cream.

For being a restaurant that's just a piece of a gas station, it is better than many DQs I've been to.

Rating: My belly has a happy, and is kicking back licking the leftovers off my lips.

Waited 20 minutes for food. During that time 4 orders were incorrect. Couple we were with ordered ahead of us and still never got there food. The manager was ignorant to them and the other people that got the wrong food. Worst service ever will never eat at 1915 Julian Allsbrook highway Roanoke Rapids NC. They finally got a refund WOW.

The brownie and oreo overload was amazing!! The warmth of the brownie against the ice-cream was the perfect combination. The employee serving me was awesome!

I will give them 5 stars because usually they provide an excellent hot dog. But my last 2 visits were disappointing. The bun wasn't fresh and the Blizzards were not as good as they looked. Specifically the chocolate French silk blizzard had more pie crust than cake. And the confetti cake was kinda nasty. Like cake crumbled into ice cream. I was expecting something different

Service was slow and my blizzard was not properly blended. Vanilla ice cream in cup with oreo cookies on top. Was not worth the $6. I can make Vanilla ice cream at home with cookies on top. I also had a cheese burger.

We went fir Dunkin, not DQ. Friendly staff and tasty donuts and good coffee.

The staff was late opening. We were ignored when trying to otder. Ruins the excursion to get a treat.

I love DQ, the ice cream and food is always good. This time was the complete opposite. None of my ice cream was made properly and it took over 30 minutes. This was the worst DQ experience I have ever had.

This is our second time visiting this Dairy Queen on our drive-through and both times have been wonderful and taste delicious!
They know how to make a blizzard right !

Got nervous when I saw all bad reviews! This place was great! The lady I believe named Taylor helped me decide what to get! And make sure you tip the grill cook!

It took them 45 minutes to make 4 double cheeseburgers! That's it no ice cream, no fries just burgers..... I'll never stop here again
