it is currently 853. The sign on the door says they don’t close till 10 but they’re telling everyone that the kitchen is closed so they don’t have to make any more food. I guess on a Saturday night by the way.

We ordered dinners using the DQ app. When we arrived they hadn't even seen our order. After 10 minutes waiting at the mobile pickup counter they finally asked what we were waiting on. They hurriedly made our sundae and blizzard and handed them to us. I said we are also waiting on a cheeseburger and a 3-piece meal. The manager was standing there and started mumbling at the guy in the back who was making burgers. Another person put the chicken strips and fries in the fryer. Finally after a 30-minute wait we got our food. There was so much mustard on the cheeseburger it made my wife gag. We had to disassemble it and wipe off the gobs of mustard. Then I discovered that there was no dipping sauce in the box of chicken strips so I had to go back in to ask for it. Terrible service, poor management, and bad burger.

I have no idea what was going on in this place. I waited forever at the spot to place my order. Then, when I got my order, it was incorrect. I ordered 3 chocolate ice creams and pretzels. I received one chocolate cone and 2 vanilla. Then, I waited so long for the pretzels I thought I was not going to get them. There was not a soul in site for SEVEN minutes. I finally saw a man. I asked about the pretzels and he said they were making them. I believe they forgot and, when asked, he ran back to heat them.

Do not stop here. This particular restaurant is horribly managed. It was well staffed, but the people kept ignoring all the customers that were standing in line not just us. Then they did take our money, but did not give us our food. We saw an employee scratch their bottom . It was horribly Managed plenty of people, ignoring all the Customers just want to warn everyone don’t stop there

Probably the best blizzards I've ever had at any dairy queen.

Horrible service! I ordered 2 cupfections and it took so long for me to receive my order. The workers kept sneaking outside to smoke and talk. Also, one of the workers (the same one that was going outside) was on her phone the whole time I was there even while she was making drinks. This is a horrible place! FIND ANOTHER DAIRY QUEEN TO GO TO!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service! If you're in the drive thru expect your wait time to be 50 minutes or more. Think it'd be quicker inside? Think again. Inside they act like you don't exist. you have to watch the chaos while you wait the same amount of time. The dessert assembly area is disgusting. I understand it is because they don't have the time. They are so understaffed they may as well be closed. The workers have zero patience and the worst attitudes. Nasty as hell for no reason! The kitchen takes forever for the simplest order (30+ minutes for 1 small fry with hardly anyone in the lobby). Some of the worst service you can get in RR. The manager acts like he doesn't know what's going on. They aren't accurately tracking a thing in there and all use each others' info to log into the register. Called corporate just to be told it's independently owned and they probably won't do anything. Be Aware of all of the above when your mind roams to Dairy Queen.

Person came on the speaker and said to hold on. We waited a very long time and nobody came back. We then placed an online order while waiting at the speaker and tried to go into store to pickup but the doors were locked, both inside the store from exxon and outside. The exxon clerk knocked on their window and told the guy the doors were locked. He told her he had to wait for the manager to come. We got no resolution on our already placed order and are now out that money. I will be calling corporate. Unacceptable.

Don't stop here unless you want to be harassed by loiterers asking for money, then argue with you when you say no, and all you stopped for is some gas and a drink!! I was so uncomfortable we left.

Gave the wrong blizzard when it’s clear on the receipt. Those workers have NO IDEA what they’re doing. They need to be fired or trained better because this is ridiculous.

Management definitely needs to do some training for their workers. If you are going to work in fast food at least have the correct attitude. Instead of telling someone to “speak up” in the drive through how about politely ask for them to talk a little bit louder. It may also help if on the other side of the microphone the worker isn't laughing and hollering.
