all the workers were great and nice jack puckett was a great cashier and server fast service good food and a welcoming smile makes me wanna come here more often and travon was also pretty helpful

Staff has no clue what they are doing, we're out of several items and rang up multiple customers in front of me wrong. Right off the highway but I'd drive another 15 minutes to avoid this place next time.

Their sweet tea was bad, when I went to get some food and took a sip of the tea, they gave me old tea, the same thing happend to my friend.
one girl and one guy was nice but the cook was rude i had to keep sending my food back because it was cold and he kept saying it was fresh everytime he gave it back to the window people and im listening to him say it and everytime it comes back just as cold and then the fries i had to send back an additional time and he just mixed fresh fries in with the ones i sent back. DO NOT COME HERE!

What kinda DQ doesn’t have ranch or coke on hand? SMH..
They have like 6 specialty items and nothing in stock. Why even post a menu if you’re not going to have anything? We were going to get a lot more but stopped because it seemed like making ice cream was a struggle for them. If my wife wasn’t stubborn I wouldn’t have gotten anything.

On Google it says closes at 10. Came half an hour before close and staff stood at the door and told us they are closed. Not putting the closed sign up, so clearly just telling customers to leave just because. We have been driving for an hour to reach this. Very disappointing.

The lady had a hard time understanding our order which was just basic of understanding of medium and large. The burgers we got were the most awful burgers we ever had! We will not be back.
The burgers were nasty! They didnt even taste like burgers! Just nasty .. tasted like frozen patties from the grocery store that were frost biten .

it is currently 853. The sign on the door says they don’t close till 10 but they’re telling everyone that the kitchen is closed so they don’t have to make any more food. I guess on a Saturday night by the way.

We ordered dinners using the DQ app. When we arrived they hadn't even seen our order. After 10 minutes waiting at the mobile pickup counter they finally asked what we were waiting on. They hurriedly made our sundae and blizzard and handed them to us. I said we are also waiting on a cheeseburger and a 3-piece meal. The manager was standing there and started mumbling at the guy in the back who was making burgers. Another person put the chicken strips and fries in the fryer. Finally after a 30-minute wait we got our food. There was so much mustard on the cheeseburger it made my wife gag. We had to disassemble it and wipe off the gobs of mustard. Then I discovered that there was no dipping sauce in the box of chicken strips so I had to go back in to ask for it. Terrible service, poor management, and bad burger.

I have no idea what was going on in this place. I waited forever at the spot to place my order. Then, when I got my order, it was incorrect. I ordered 3 chocolate ice creams and pretzels. I received one chocolate cone and 2 vanilla. Then, I waited so long for the pretzels I thought I was not going to get them. There was not a soul in site for SEVEN minutes. I finally saw a man. I asked about the pretzels and he said they were making them. I believe they forgot and, when asked, he ran back to heat them.
