They don't answer the phone. A lot of older people don't know how to use mobile apps. Pizza Hut gets my business.

The pizza this time was very good, and so was the sandwich. However the spicy 5 cheese Mac and cheese...I don't even know what to say honestly, so I took a picture, there was like maybe 10 noodles that's it

Called put on hold, waited hung up called again finally got someone to take my order. I was in route from lake gaston. Surprisingly my small meat lovers pizza and chicken already was done perfectly, hot and delicious. If service remained the same and someone dedicated to phone orders( lifeline of the business). I would order and pick-up again.

Ordered pizza and had the text messages for delivery set up. Received the message stating they were on the way. Never got another message or call. Called about 10 mins after it was saying it was delivered and they said they came to deliver and nobody answered the phone. Yet I never got a call or the text saying they were arriving. Then had to go and get it myself because it's against policy to bring it back out. Even though I paid for delivery. Ridiculous. Manager was so rude.
Haven't ordered from Dominos in Roanoke Rapids in a LONG TIME. Today, I was reminded why. On the left is what they advertise. Cheesy, hot, with perfect crust. On the right...not what I ordered. Well, it is, but isn't. I ordered a pepperoni and bacon, hand tossed with EXTRA sauce. As you see, it's burned, crust is dry, bacon is burned,and there's hardly any sauce. I don't understand why this Domino's CAN NOT GET IT RIGHT!!!!! If you want GOOD pizza, don't order here. Go to Goldsboro, Raleigh, Richmond, or a gas station. The places in this town...SUCK!!! And I don't recommend ANY dishes from here.
