Only making this review for the point of I can sit here and make a order pay the order submit and all that only to receive a call from the “manager” who’s “been there for ten years” to tell me they have never and don’t deliver to my address!? But how is it I’ve received deliveries RECENTLY in the past 2-3 months from this store with no problems including the first which I have the original phone call recording of them CONFIRMING my address okay!!! Then when asking if I could just meet to get it not even 2 minutes up the road at a closer to them area the “manager” tells me they don’t do meet ups when it CLEARLY STATES ON THE APP AND SITE that they can meet me at my location pin approved location meetup via the dominos app and site…. Anyways I resorted to a different pizza delivery and were very generous tippers so I want to thank Papa John’s for coming through and helping me out this evening and Dominos y’all need to tighten up especially “management “ !!!! Don’t get me wrong the food is great but the inconvenience of this especially after I’ve established this as my go to delivery for pizza in this area and have never had issues before and then tonight this mess is absolutely ridiculous I’m sorry to the amazing delivery people who have delivered to me and I’m sorry I’m not able to bless someone with what would’ve been a amazing tip!!! I have my receipts of recent delivery orders I only get #Dominos pizza for delivery up until now !!! This is very sad and inconvenient, if the “manager” would’ve been so kind to of addressed this back on October 11th 2025 when I started ordering strictly delivery for me and my family for gatherings to serve before now then I wouldn’t be as disappointed but apparently this manager of ten years didn’t know that I’ve been delivered to before until tonight and doesn’t know who approved it in which I don’t blame anyone who has done there job and has done it well because my delivery experience has been great until this evening when receiving a call that they’ve supposedly have never delivered to my address and can’t deliver to my address when I have the proof on my account that I’ve been delivered to before!

Food sucked. Cold wings and salads gross. Most salads past good by date. One slimy lettuce and smelled. It was Chicken Caesar. Imagine eating expired chicken. I wouldn't even save this for my sister dogs or feed to my chickens and chickens free range eating bugs, digging around in goat crap and let's face it, do eat their own poop. Not on purpose just happens because they free range and walk through it. Gets on what they eat. I attached photos for proof and sent my complaint to corporate.

This will be the last time I order anything from this location. They just delivered my pizza and when we opened the box it looked like he dropped the pizza. Called the store and of course they don't answer. This area is a joke. Almost everywhere you go has poor customer service and its rare to find anyone who works with any dignity.

I showed up at 11:15 to pick up my pizza that was placed on Online, which said it was ready. Store locked up, no manager, poor Linda was the only one there. Store supposed to open at 10:30. This will be my last time

Corporate needs to do something about this place. It don’t make any sense whatsoever every time you call nobody can ever pick up the phone it’ll ring and ring and ring even after calling several times. So you go up there and then they lie and say they close at 11pm when they close at midnight. The pizza and food is becoming not so good anymore. They rush you off with your food no napkins, no condiments that you’ve ordered just dry pizza and wings with no dipping sauce after paying all that money.

The website showed our order was ready at this location, but when we showed up all the lights were off and the place closed. It was 1pm on a Thursday, they were supposed to be open. Not sure what happened to our order.

I can not remember the last year I had a satisfactory pizza made at this Dominos. There, the pizzas are always so dry. Today, my mother requested a pizza from there. I tried to give it a shot and just like many many times before, I was disappointed! I order my mother and I the same exact pizza. When I looked into the box of the first pizza, it was super dry. I asked the lady who was waiting on me at the drive thru window if I could get a cup of the sauce that the pizza is made with not the marinara sauce that's sold with the bread sticks. She stated that they could not do that. So, I looked into the box of the second pizza, it looked better, not dry and overcooked. But it had a huge bubble in it with absolutely no toppings covering that area of the pizza. I decided to purchase just one of the pizzas, which was the one that looked better with the huge bubble. The lady at the window quickly accepted the pizza back. She took my debit card and walked around the counter to do something. I then had to beep the horn to get her attention in order to get my card back. I asked for napkins before driving off. She stated she didn't have napkins but she had forks and plates. I looked at her weirdly and said I'd take some plates to wipe my mouth and hands after eating. She handed me the plates and I was off... on my way to get myself a pizza from Papa Johns. There, I had a great experience!!!

Haven’t ordered a pizza for delivery in a long time and I was reminded why. I received a message that Marcus was in the neighborhood. I immediately went out on my porch to make sure he didn’t miss our house. I live in a small neighborhood of 8 houses. I have a ring camera - at no time did a car come down our street. I waited on the porch for 10 minutes- nothing. I called and they said I didn’t put the right address when doing my order. Again- wrong. I have an account with them that does autofill with the correct address. When I questioned the manager she got belligerent with me. Went into the store to show them nothing on ring and the manager didn’t even want to look at my phone. Needless to say, won’t be ordering from there again!
