“Stopped here while traveling because I left early before the free hotel breakfast. Service was courteous and quick no long lines but no options of meat alternatives only chicken, sausage or pork bacon. Decided on chicken biscuit and hash browns. Yummy!“

The young staff was hustling the entire time, yet they were still friendly, patient, and professional. Hygiene was top-notch—everyone was wearing hairnets, which is something I really appreciate and don't see often enough these days.

The food came out fast, everything was fresh, and the prices were unbelievable. We fed a family of five for just $42. You'd be hard-pressed to find that kind of value in Virginia anymore.

Now I understand why the line was wrapped around the building. Great food, great service, great prices. We'll definitely be stopping by every chance we get! Good job…!“

“Honestly I'm just so bored waiting in line in this drive thru that I figured I'd type something up. I'm gonna go with 4 stars because, yeah, this wait time is pretty bad (30+ minutes, currently 11:44PM on a Thursday), but this is kinda the wait time I've experienced at every drive thru in Roanoke Rapids lately. Probably cuz of the whole downfall-of-our-late-capitalist-society thing. Widespread understaffing due to everyone having to work three jobs to pay their rent and thus burning out and falling into some form of disability that isn't bad enough to qualify for benefits. The usual.

Anyway. The staff are typically nice. The food is fine. Sometimes fresh, sometimes not. It's fast food.

The young lady who made our sandwich was great, when I asked for gluten free bread she asked about allergy or preference, she did an excellent job of cleaning the machine, wiping down the area, and changing gloves. We were so appreciative…even during a busy time with 5 people behind us, she was attentive and kind.“

“I was so pleasantly surprised by the extraordinary customer service at our local Pizza Hut! I was on my way back from SC with my grandchildren and i called my husband at home and he suggested I call in an order and he would pick it up so when I came in with the children we could totally relax. I decided to call the area pizza restaurants to see who had the best deals. Well, I started with Pizza Hut and I did call anywhere else because person who received my call was so polite, kind and helpful. I knew Pizza Hut had added some new items to their menu and I was curious about them. My curiosity turned into several questions and the answers were given most respectfully. Not only is that true, but ALL of the menu items I ordered were fresh, made with quality ingredients (you can tell) and simply delusions! Pizza Hut in Roanoke Rapids is managed by superior individuals who most defiantly lead their employees by example!“
