“I placed an order for subs to take for a Christmas gathering and was concerned with the holidays that there would be issues. Much to my surprise the person I talked to on the phone was the most helpful and pleasant person I encountered this holiday season! I called to double check the order on the morning of pick up and she knew my name right off and had my order ready! Everything was so fresh and placed beautifully on a to go tray! When I picked my order up I was created with a smile and a thank you for ordering from us! I will definitely keep this in mind for next time! Very happy! Merry Christmas!“
“Traveling back from Charleston trip and stopped here as we knew they had gluten-free subs rolls. The place was slammed but made my wife's GF dub but forgot mine. The manager stepped in, comped my sub, and delivered my sub to the table with apologies. He did not have to do this, I understand you were slammed. But it was a nice gesture. And my #65 was perfect.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free rolls and are careful when they make them.“

A mother and son working together and what was very impressive was the lady who was making the subs was outstanding. “I was traveling from Florida to NY got gas at the station. Ni had my shih-tzu and brought her in with me. I saw through the window nobody else was in there. One nice young man asked if she was a service dog I said she is. A minute later, an older man came out, pointed to my dog, then snapped "that dog can't be here". Shocked,I took her out. My friend, who was getting us sandwiches said the young man told the other that he shouldn't have done that. If I was alone, subway would have lost a customer. Because my friend was with me, they didn't.I'm in the customer service profession and this was NOT acceptable“
“Went to your location in Gaston on 46. Probably the cleanest subway I've seen, the staff were absolutely perfect quick and super friendly and the sandwich was insanely good...it's been more than two decades since I've been to a subway this good. Everyone there deserves a huge raise, this is how subway is done right ?“
“This Subway experience is the best I have ever had. The food was covered with a plastic lid until needed; maybe that helped make everything seem so fresh. The young lady making the sandwiches did an excellent job with placement and amount of the meat cheese and vegetables. The best though was that she wrapped the 12 inch sub as two 6 inch ones making it even easier to eat while on the road.“
