“Outstanding experience at my local Subway last week. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to help. The service was incredibly efficient, yet personal. I got a footlong BLT, Teriyaki and ham sandwich which was made with care, and they went out of their way to customize my order exactly how I liked it.

The restaurant was spotless—every table, counter, and corner super clean. It was clear the staff took pride in maintaining a pristine environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I went here the other day while I was driving back to dc, and I was immensely impressed with the quality of service I received. It wasn’t like a CFA where it feels like they’re forced to talk to you. The employees engaged in a genuine conversation with genuine intentions. This was by far my favorite food pit stop I’ve made while traveling. It made my day and I would highly recommend going here if you want someone to brighten your day. On top of all that the food was amazing, I got the original Italian and they didn’t skimp on any of the meat/cheese or toppings. It was a very pleasant experience overall, and I will be stopping by again next time on my way down to North Carolina.“

“Kitty was awesome! If every subway had employees like her I would be a regular. She was very friendly, polite, and made a great sandwich. I only gave 2 stars for the atmosphere because the flies are rampant across the whole McDonald’s, subway, & loves as they’re all connected. Management needs to set out some fly traps or something, it can’t be that hard. But yea besides that, Kitty is a rockstar.“
