“The whole team was rocking and rolling, but Brandon has one of the best personalities for customer service I have seen in a loooong time. I hardly EVER leave reviews, and when I do it’s usually when an experience was so god awful I feel pushed to do so. Well, Brandon made me feel like I needed to share how amazing his team was today despite the nonstop amount of people walking in the door. He finished at the register, and then immediately walked from behind the counter to go converse with customers, and stock the drink station (how polite of him to stop and talk when he is SO busy!) 5 stars for the WHOLE team and definitely 5 stars for him!! They deserve recognition!!“

“Outstanding experience at my local Subway last week. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to help. The service was incredibly efficient, yet personal. I got a footlong BLT, Teriyaki and ham sandwich which was made with care, and they went out of their way to customize my order exactly how I liked it.

The restaurant was spotless—every table, counter, and corner super clean. It was clear the staff took pride in maintaining a pristine environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Customer Service was outstanding. Ordered Tuna on 6” flatbread and learned that location no longer offers flatbread. Had it in a flour tortilla wrap. The wrap was prepared exactly to my liking but I am not a big fan of mayonnaise and it was just too much. The mayonnaise drowned out the banana peppers, lettuce and onions - a sloppy wrap. Again, the line staff was courteous, attentive, prompt and friendly.“

“We had a group working on Lake Gaston and needed a lunch for 25. Subway Bracey went above and beyond to get our order processed quickly with accuracy. They created a tray of the veggie sides so our group could customize their sub. Additionally, Subway provided an array of condiments on the side. Special thanks to the team of Jamal and Tamia who were efficient, helpful and just very, very nice. Tamia offered and helped me get order to my car. I highly recommend this team of two to "make it happen"! I received so many compliments from the group, I started feeling guilty because I only placed order and picked it up.
