I ordered the Frisco breakfast sandwich. The restaurant was not busy at all. The sandwich was thrown together. Both slices of bread were torn and stale. Cheese not melted. This has become the norm for Hardee's restaurants, especially those owned and operated by Boddie-Noell Enterprises.

10/15/2023... worst food & service we have ever had at this Hardee's. Did drive thru for 10pc chicken strips w/honey mustard sauce and side coleslaw. Got home... coleslaw was so bad we couldn't eat it, chicken was cold and there was No sauce. We threw the slaw away and decided to try heating up the chicken strips in order be able to eat it without it being so greasy & cold.Not worth the trip back to town to try to deal with the poor customer service. $16 for 10 chicken strips & side of slaw(that had to be thrown away). No more Hardee's for us.

Services suck, this location should be shut down. Came a week ago got 2 hotdogs meals an a burger. Meals were wrong an all fries were cold. I live in south hill va so I was not coming back the day of. I was told my name would be in the books. Come back anytime. I visit the location tonight to retrieve my food, an was told by Antonio's that they dont keep names that long an nothing he can do about it. Come back tomorrow to talk to Lala. Nothing they can do about my food but they kept my money an I def didnt eat food that I wouldnt serve my dog. I work in the restaurant businesses an they behaviors here would not be acceptable at my store.

Took my boys inside to eat a week or two ago! The staff were very friendly and the food was good, however, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Now I remember why I mostly use the drive-thru

Overall visit was great and i would be happy if it weren't for the problem with our food we ordered our food and asked for fresh hot fries and onion rings and she said we got you . Fast forward to getting our food fries were done cold we were missing our onion rings and when asked if we could get different fries because ours were cold they lady got and attitude as i was handing her the fries and i also mention we were missing our onion rings she snatched the fries from me causing them to fly out of her hands all over the place yes this upset me but i remained nice and kind and was trying to just get my food and go but she brought us fresh fries and they were hot . I said thank you she said mmhmm i said we need our Onion rings and she's like i need to see your recipe before i give them to you and granite she took our order but i obligated and she got it onion rings and we left and did not go back instead went to the other Hardee's

The customer service was amazingbut the food made my mother and I very sick. She had tenders, I had a hot ham and cheese. I was sick for about 3 hours. Check your food before you eat it.
