So last night we ordered 5 subs. I got the blt sub, loaded with lettuce 1 slice of tomato and 1 piece of bacon.so very disappointed won't be back!

The lady with the dreadlocks and nose piercing was very rude. My first time at this establishment and that was the greeting I got, Attitude. Unacceptable. The 2 gentlemen that was there was great. Very professional. A true example of what customer service should be. Atleast the food was good!

This was my first time going to Jersey’s Mike’s and the food didn’t disappoint, the staff were amazing and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the turkey and provolone and a steak and cheese and they were both ready in less than 10 mins.

I have been going to Jersey Mike's since they opened in MD. Moved close to roanoke rapids and was happy to see they had one. Tried twice in 5 years and last time it was the worst of the two times. First one working the slicing and sandwich part one was in back only doing grill if any orders for. I ordered two subs . One iltalian sub and one steak and cheese.i told the lady I wanted Mike's way on the iltalian and can I tell you when steak and cheese comes out or now ,what I would like on that. She says can tell when done. The lady behind by grill took her time putting steak and onions on grill like a 5 min delay from getting order. When the girl finally finished doing the iltalian sib I came over to ask for extra onions . She was doing multiple subs and bowls. Still cooking steak and cheese which by now is going on 15mins. Finally after about 20 mins my sub came out wrapped up . Nothing on it because I haven't told her , so I asked if I can get stuff on it and the lady grilling said the slip didn't have nothing so no they couldn't put anything on it. The lady doing the cold cut side said she could give in containers of topping. So she put all the topping in individual containers. Blows my mind. Even at one point said you can put together in one, but with no response.. total time was like 39 to 35 mins. Actually had three working but one girl just walked around doing little things or just standing there. She came in around 10 mins, At one point. After all that they were still the worst subs I ever had again for the second time.
Ordered lite peppers- they put extra. When I asked for a replacement, I was told I ate too many bites of my sandwich before discovering it was wrong. She offered half of a replacement. I just asked for a refund and left. I eat Jersey Mike’s a lot since I travel for work, won’t be back to this one though.

Traveling to NJ, we stopped after driving 9 hours from Florida to rest at the local Days Inn here in Roanoke Rapids. I Google searched and found the nearest Jersey Mike's nearby. Being a native from PointPleasant where Jersey Mike's originated, I knew we could get a decent meal here. I ordered and told the male employee I was from Pt.Pleasant, NJ and actually still heading there. He said he was going to make me a sub better than the original location and let me tell you, he did. When it was handed to me, it was so heavy, I told him he was right. It was the best sub I ever had. So thank you Roanoke Rapids for the best sub I have had from Mike 's and kudos to that young man. He and the #5 giant sub were impressive and I hope he sees this review!

This is actually one of my favorite chain restaurants to go to all of the employees are extremely professional and polite. And uh, I really enjoy the subs, especially Philly steak. The general manager has put a very good team together and he teaches them well.
