Have eaten here twice and each time the subs were the best subs my husband and I had ever had. 10/10. Whoever was working March 21st around 4pm make some delicious subs.

Food was okay however I will never visit this location again. My friend and I visited today for lunch. The customer service was terrible, we felt as if we were treated differently due to race. The lady was not happy to make our sandwiches and was not friendly at all, however treated other customers with a friendly smile and was happy to help. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Definitely needs better employees.

This Jersey Mike's has one of the rudest workers I've ever experienced in my life. She was rude to me and her own coworkers. It definitely was not a good look for Jersey Mike's which I used to love until that experience. My rating may change once the issue is resolved but until then, my rating is a 1 for this store. If it's still not corrected, I'll be going to Subway, which doesn't provide as much on their subs but their customer service here in Roanoke Rapids is outstanding.

The lady with the dreadlocks and nose piercing was very rude. My first time at this establishment and that was the greeting I got, Attitude. Unacceptable. The 2 gentlemen that was there was great. Very professional. A true example of what customer service should be. Atleast the food was good!

This was my first time going to Jersey’s Mike’s and the food didn’t disappoint, the staff were amazing and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the turkey and provolone and a steak and cheese and they were both ready in less than 10 mins.
