Ordered takeout over the phone….order should have been two thin crust pizzas but it was two classic thick crusts. Called and spoke to manager and they advised me to return the order. I get there and they want to charge my card again for the entire order…which would have been the first order and the second order….$60! Then they were going to refund me the first order 3-5 days later. I declined, offered to pay the difference in cash but she wouldn’t allow….I will call...read full review
Just left there a little while ago after placing an order. They 'didn't see' my ticket and after waiting 20+ minutes, I got a refund from the manager AFTER she stared at the register for a few moments. I'll certainly NOT go back there again. Horrible experience. How do you NOT see a ticket? Because you weren't looking, and NOT doing your job, Ms manager!
They have started to not fill up the crazy sauce cups all the way. I don’t pay an extra dollar for a half cup of sauce.
