The worst attitude I have ever seen. The cashier, Monasia, is a little girl that needs to learn valuable customer service if she wants to make sure her money is right. From taking our orders and others to throwing our food in the counter and catching a mouth when we told her our orders were wrong. Don’t come to this location, and hope someone does check her on it.

Bojangles offers a great experience with super friendly staff and fresh, hot food. The cook, April, ensures the chicken is always fresh and crunchy. The dirty rice is light and fluffy. The restaurant is clean with impeccable service and a seamless drive-thru system, although some customers have noted that the organization can be chaotic at times. The team works together in sync, and excellent customer service is guaranteed, with a polite and professional staff. A doordasher mentioned that it is nice to see how well everyone works together. Arriving late is not an issue, as the cashier is accommodating and the food remains fresh. However, there have been complaints about the quality of the biscuits, with one customer noting a hard top and bottom on the egg, sausage biscuit. Despite some recent disorganization, many customers still appreciate the attention to detail, especially the butter and cinnamon sugar on the sweet potato pies.
