This was not a good experience for my family and I. The food tasted pretty good, but the food portions were very low. They brought fries out and it looked like a toddler meal. We added mushrooms to a burger and up charge was $3, but only 3 slices of mushrooms were on the burger. A grilled chicken was ordered and the portion size was extremely small. The chicken was slightly larger than our 8month yr old’s hand. This chain has reduced the portions but keep the prices rising. Our waitress was a poor experience. She didn’t check on us nor did she inform us about up charges that were not specified on the menu.Latonya was the best part of experience. She is the manager and accommodated us very well. Her energy was amazing and she had us feel at ease about the rest of our experience. We were please with Latonya and she is the main reason I am typing this review.

We also we were not informed by our server that there would be up charges for additions and sauces. The manager was great and very accommodating as well as understanding. She, LaTonya, was the best part of the experience. The carpet also really smelled bad.

I was difficult, wanted something slightly different than what the menu offered. Our waitress D'nia (sp?) was super helpful n getting what I wanted and not getting up charged to excess.Wife had the Fish n Chips - they are terrible - add a bun and a bunch of tarter sauce and it's still not as good as McDonald's. Y'all should, n all seriousness, make it be what it's supposed to be or take it off the menu.
