I have eaten here 5 times and every single time I go I get the same exact sandwich. I order through the app more often than not because it’s more convenient, so I make sure to choose my options carefully and I leave a note, saying “more veggies and less sauce” every time.
I’m not sure what the issue with reading and following directions is at this particular establishment, but it is redundant that every single time I go I have received a soggy, unappetizing heap of bread and mayonnaise.
Aside from this, the attitudes with most of the employees, including the managers when you come back in with an issue regarding the MEAL you PAID for, are appalling.

Ordered my sub online and I see ordering from the app and ordering in person are different in a big way. From now on I'm gonna have to go in to watch them make my sub instead of trusting them to make it own their own. Most disgusting sub I ever ate in my life. It was just thrown together

Just checking if the hours need to be adjusted; the "open" sign was on and the hours said open at 9am, but the doors were locked at 9:12.
