What a disappointment. I LOVE BBQ and I really don't have anything positive to say about the way T Dubbs does it. I ordered a brisket sandwich ($12, just the sandwich) and it was by far the driest brisket I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. It was so burnt it tasted like pure charcoal. The bread was also burnt but it was better than the three tiny slices of brisket between the bread. I'll never go back. Just burn your money, it will taste the same.

This is a food truck effectively so forget ambiance but who cares! If this how you get the best BBQ in NC, I'd gladly endure the elements (it was pouring) and eat in the truck! THE BEST BRISKET EVER! I can see why they sell out so get there for lunch early and bathe your tastebuds in smoky, juicy heaven ..... seriously, it's life changing. To top off the experience, the people were lovely and the prices were reasonable.

The blackened chicken salad, hot dog w/the works, and the brisket will not disappoint. The owners are friendly and fun. One of my top 3 favorite places to eat in Robbinsville.
When you find the good stuff, usually you keep it to yourself, but i hope all the best for this business and its owners! Great BBQ, great specials, and super friendly people!! Cant get any better than that! They are only open a short time so set your alarm and get there before its all gone! They smoke the meats for hours and you can tell! Y'all keep up the great service and food, we need the fill up before and after running the hill :)

This place is amazing. It is going to be a regular spot for us. I had the pulled pork grilled cheese and homemade chips and my wife had the wings and slaw. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend!!
