We love to stay here in the Fall. It is in the middle of the Smokey Mountains - the color is always incredible. The facility is beautiful. You have a choice between lodge rooms or cabins, which are surrounded by trees. This is a beautiful place.
My husband & I stayed 4 nights at Tapoco Lodge (March 13-16) for his birthday. We are from Murphy NC but wanted a quiet, relaxing place to unwind and we found it!! We stayed in a cabin. It was perfect & the porch overlooked the Cheoah River. The sound of the river was so peaceful, just what we wanted. My family and I had lunch there today and the food was amazing! Our server, Matt, was really funny and relatable. Victoria was also very nice and attentive. The view outside is gorgeous and I would recommend eating there on a sunny day!
