It’s now 4:14 PM. Saturday, July 2. I don’t mind really that the small crinkle was missing in our bag. But what was despicable was the attitude of the lady at the drive- thru. She emphasized ‘ you’ve got your food sir’ only to be proven wrong. No way to treat customers.
This server at the drive- thru is not only missing two front teeth she is also missing attitude. Thank you. I really like Arbys but not now.
Order was messed up. After waiting to order at the drive thru 20 minutes they gave me the wrong food. I think the girl working the drive thru knew, when I got home I had 2 roast beef instead of 2 wagyu burgers because she put arby sauce in the bag. These people want more money but cannot get a simple order correct.

The food was good, but service was slow, with a long wait for orders. Surprisingly, being attached to a gas station didn't affect the quality, offering plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility.
