“I am very pleased to see that the general manager is now running this store and has his hands on what's going on. As far as training and operations, I have left several horrible reviews of this restaurant and hadn't expected to have not only my order ready when I got to the window in drive-thru, but the bag was double folded to hold heat because they know drive-thru customers are usually taking these orders home and expect them to at least be warm when they get there. As a matter of fact, the young man who took my money at the first window recognized me right away and apparently informed the GM who I was and that I had spent a good part of my youth working for McDonald's In Michigan at the crew level and at the store manager level. McDonald's taught me a lot about organizing and removing obstacles from tasks that might slow me down. I use all the same principles today in what I do for a living. But getting back to this review, it was flattering to know that they knew who I was and that things had changed quite a bit. It isn't just about the satisfaction of customers. It's about teaching young people. How to be efficient in what they do and and who they are. Good luck to the restaurant!“
