two “sisters” claimed to have a broken system, yet the person in front of us mobile app was scanned, all computers were on including the menu screens… and her headset… turned away 6 cars that I saw… clearly lazy GIRLS who cannot handle their minimum wage mcdonald’s job.

Upon arriving we were told we had to use the kiosk to order rather than at a register. Waited at least 20 minutes for our food. Both the men's and women's bathrooms were disgusting.

Bathrooms were disgusting and smelled of pee, watched a worker come out of the bathroom with dripping wet hands. Went through the drive through and the workers were slightly unpleasant and when we went to get our food out 3/4 the outside wrappers were greasy!

Drive thru was long so we walked in. Cashier asked us to use the kiosk but told her we had special order the kiosk does not accomodate so we had to order at counter. She finished with customer in front of us and walked out towards bathroom and was gone the whole 15 minutes we waited without any other employee interaction so we left. Will NOT go back!

The food is ok but the customer service sucks. I don't even go there anymore. Young kids working has no urgency about themselves, other workers are rude and act like they don't want to wait on customers or be there. I went through the drive thru before I went to work one morning. I was there about 5 min two other cars ahead of me but they already went thru they were just waiting. I said hello the associate came back over the drive thru and said I'm busy hold on in a nasty way. I got ??? and just drove off. I don't like the customer service there. Awful always and slow service even if no one is there. Order always wrong.
