I stopped in to try the PB crunch McFlurry. I decided to go inside. I was happy to be greeted. Even happier to see folks working and cleaning the lobby. It was actually very clean. There were some cosmetic concerns but from a customers standpoint it was clean. I used the mobile pickup. Crew person had my order ready upon arrival. They weren't taking orders at the front counter, only via kiosk. The cashier was assisting customers by showing them how to use the kiosk. Overall, I...read full review
Service is bad.. workers running their fingers through their hair, nobody with at least a hair net. Nobody working at the registers. After waiting 12 minutes,my food was cold. Won't be going there again..
