I am very pleased to see that the general manager is now running this store and has his hands on what's going on. As far as training and operations, I have left several horrible reviews of this restaurant and hadn't expected to have not only my order ready when I got to the window in drive-thru, but the bag was double folded to hold heat because they know drive-thru customers are usually taking these orders home and expect them to at least be warm when they get there....

Drive thru wait time was unusually long and we were parked after getting to the second window. Waited at the parking spot for several minutes before I went inside to get our food that appeared to be sitting at the drive thru window.
Food was put together sloppy—fries were turned upside down in the bag and the McChicken was a mess.

This McDonald’s is chaotic during lunch hours. The wait times are forever, 32 employees and everybody standing around looking at everyone else. I think upper Management has forgotten about this store, they just appreciate the business of a McDonald’s and the $$$
