Every single time I go to the Rockwell North Carolina location, my order gets screwed up! This time it was waiting 10 minutes for biscuits just to find out they didn't even put any in there. Before it was a piece of plastic in the cole slaw and another time getting tea just find out it's unsweet. It's not one particular instance but continuously. For the price the costs, I expect better

Chicken was overcooked and super spicy, while the floor was cleaned and swept we had to sit at a dirty table as none had been wiped off. Staff was quiet, I was not greated when I arrived or thanked when food was handed to me. Not necessarily a bad thing but those personable touches make me want to return.

I stoped going to bojangels because I have reported front counter pannels down laying in floor and all the filth under counter it is a trip hazard and no one gives a shot the workers are on phones or just dragging there feet or you wait in drive thru for 5 min . Noone ask to help you and I am only one in line and 3 cars in parking lot but this bojangles is new but the help in this one is actually moving and trying to hurry and get orders out the manager came and thanked us for coming and brought our food to table so if yall keep hiring people that want to work and get the food out to customers I will be going to this bojangles to eat

This is the absolute worst Bojangles. I’ve been here a few times hoping it would get better but it just keeps getting worse. Every single order I’ve gotten except for one has been wrong or missing something. I spent 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break a couple of weeks ago ordering, getting back to work, figuring out my order was wrong AND had something missing, and going back to get it fixed. But this morning just takes the cake. After opening my biscuit, it looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. I also took a big sip of my tea only to get a mouthful of tea leaves. The employees have a careless attitude and don’t seem to be able to read and get a simple order correct.

Waited 17 minutes in the drive-through had to get out in the porn down rain they forgot me got home. The order was completely wrong. Terrible terrible people.
Been twice. Both times is a disaster. Manager on duty told us we "don't know how to order" and she didn't know how to refund the money after overcharging. Stick with small businesses. This place sucks.

I must say I have craved some Bojangles’s since I’ve moved away from their territory. My first sausage, egg and cheese with Bo- rounds in a long while was great! Man, I forgot how good their tea is! I’m so pleased they didn’t disappoint. Be grateful there is one near you. I love this place!
