They love to make you wait almost 10 mins for 3 easy biscuits but will still serve all the drive thru cars and 4 ppl inside while ignoring me and my order.
Last time they didn't even give me my biscuit. Ordered 2 meals. 2 easy meals. And they skimped me a whole 5$ biscuit
This place is a joke and they always find a way to ruin the experience 0 stars
You also have to do their job for them, they will serve your food on the screen and not give it to you and expect you to tell them what you had and wait another 10 minutes for it.

After answering 20 questions from the automated order taker I get my supremes combo and get home. Chicken is half cooked, fries are a soggy grease soaked half cooked pile of mushiness, no biscuit and my drink is only half full. Very disappointed.

My husband just went through the drive-thru and ordered 5 biscuits. One biscuit had several strands of black hair in it, and another had small pieces of what I'm assuming is plastic in it. Ive been to many Bojangles' throughout SC and NC, and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The last time I was here, I was told to pull up and wait, waited over 20 minutes outside, finally went inside, and the food still wasn’t ready. This location has some serious cleanliness and service issues. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Bojangles. Absolutely disgusting!

waited 15 mins for my meal. After being told to pull up and sitting there for 10 mins while multiple cars got their food behind me, i finally decided to walk in and they hadn’t even started on my food. No apologies from them. Just handed me my food and walked away. Learn customer service!

Food is fine but I wish let would let someone know there would be a 30 min wait. If you advertise something, it shouldn't be that much of a wait. Get it together people.
The food is usually good and cooked fresh, but the service could use some help. I stood at the front counter for around 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I get there working on orders, but how about the guy that was leaning against a counter waiting to be told what to do? He could have at least acknowledged customers and seen we had mobile orders to pickup.

The last few times we have ordered from Rockwell Bojangles the food has been so good. Most of the employees are very nice especially the young man that works there. Sorry, I don’t know his name. I do wish they would inspect the chicken before they box it. Most of the time we get broken chicken legs.(Not a fan!) Also, please put jelly and napkins with our order. I have had issues with this Bojangles in the past. However, it been really good lately.

I really didn’t want to give them even one star. Each time we visit this Bojangles, there’s a consistent problem—our order is wrong, incomplete, or we’re left waiting far too long. At this point, it seems the entire staff, including management, could benefit from a full retraining.

Good food, Good service. The Manager Lemetria will go out of her way to help you. She has no issue fixing a problem very rare in today’s environment. No excuses just handles business. Will definitely be back.
