Ordered delivery tracker said it was delivered but it was not at my door. I called the restaurant and the lady I talked to called the delivery driver who said he delivered it to my neighbor I went and looked but it wasn’t at any of my neighbors' houses.

Tried it 8 years ago when I moved here and everything was horrible. Decided to call and get delivery and it's changed completely. The person who took my order was pleasant and patient even though I had to call back because online specials aren't the same as call in. She confirmed my order, phone number, and address. She said approximately 45 minutes. 25 minutes later the delivery driver called to let me know she was here. The food was all hot and the order correct. It's not my favorite pizza but it will now be our be our first choice for delivery pizza. Thank you to the night staff that worked Tuesday November 11 2025 for a great experience. Most businesses used to want to earn your business and Domino's needs to recognize when valuable employees earn customers business.

Rebecca cooked the pie to perfection. I will always recommend this donimos to anyone in the area. That's for the quality food and fast service.
They put the wrong card number in when I have them my card. The card they put in came back as stolen. I called my bank and they said nothing was wrong with my card. Tried to give them the card number again but they wouldn't try to re-enter it. Now when I call, they want me to pay cash and say they can't fix the problem. It was they're fault because they entered the card wrong and refuse it fix the problem. I order a lot if pizza but won't be ordering it from Domino's in Rockwell.

The website doesn't work so I had to call and place the order. The manager couldn't hear me and asked me to speak up but when I did she told me I was being Rude and refused to take my order. I called her again and tried to explain but she still said I was being rude and refused to take my order still. I didn't know someone could refuse service for something so little like that. It really bothered me. You guys lost business because I just ended up getting them from pizza hut

Rebecca is the worst, most miserable individual I have ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with. Her attitude is disgustingly negative, she's the rudest manager in Rockwell. Take my advice, get rid of her hire someone who can do the job better.

Ordered pizza, went to pick it up, was told all orders were not being worked on due to a large order. Got a call 3 hours later telling me my order was canceled. Who stops work on all orders for one large order. Whoever the manager is they need to be fired. I recommend Marcos, never a canceled or late order and their crust doesn't taste cardboard either. Only go there because my son likes it. Nasty food and poor customer servicr.
