Ordered $16 of food, and the most expensive item wasn't even in the bag when I finally got home. Called, got hung up on 3 separate times, sent to NOT SET UP voicemail twice, and finally got through to someone and they claimed they couldn't even find my order in their system when it had been not even an hour since I was there and was extremely rude. Usually this place is good but not today.

My family wanted to eat there. As we entered i was told by a young lady who said she was manager i was not welcome there and couldn't order. When asked why i was told im the manager and I don't need a reason to not serve you. I have never met the manager before that day and never done anything wrong when I have been there. My family also asked why and given the same rude response as I was. The food in past has went down and I was going to give them another try but with the managers attitude I will never go to that location or any other one ever again. I will also tell others to never go there to eat.

Well i went there this morning after not going for a year because of watery gravy biscuits and guess what the gravy was very watery. I mentioned to the manager at the window and she said what do you want a refund, I replied no I would like to not have watery gravy. She didn't offer to make more. She said well its usually not like that. But she's wrong, it's always like that. So if you are wanting gravy biscuits don't go here.

Hey can I get back the money you've stolen from me? Placed the order through the hardees app at 7:45pm, got to the store and walked in to pick it up at 7:54pm & was yelled at and told the lobby was closed - the store hours state theyre open until 9pm and the online order instructions state to go in the store and get the order at the counter and the door was unlocked...but sure scream that I need to use the drive through. I then had to then sit in the drive through line for 10 additional minutes to then be informed that they had no tenders (so why not contact me and let me know?) And that they wouldn't be refunding the order and I needed to figure it out because I ordered in the hardees app. Left with nothing, but apparently it's now my responsibility as the customer to find a way to cancel the order that the store marked as completed - of which I received NOTHING. I was also advised that Hardee's is not affiliated with the Hardee's app and that the Hardee's app is a 3rd party ordering service for when I want to order Hardee's....make that make sense for me. Please refund this order immediately. Also, the contact ph# included for issues with the order is a wireless number that's no longer in service and I've tried every other way to contact customer service which apparently doesn't exist.

Stopped in to get a late lunch after running some errands. I don't go to Rockwell very often, but I'm glad I did, due to the friendly, quick service. The lady at the window asked me to pull forward after I paid and so I had to wait a few minutes, but it wasn't very long and the food seemed very fresh when it was brought out to me, and she thanked me for my business, just a good customer experience all around in my opinion. I would definitely go back, probably will soon based on the great service and fresh food.

we went on 6/15/25, this man told us we couldn't told eat In dining room cause he was closing up and so we ate in our vehicle were it was hot and then he was rude to drive thru people and made a comment about everyone has to come now at one time but there was only one car and us , then at 729 he lock the door to inside we sat in our vehicle and watch him, we will never go there again I promise

If I could leave a negative amount of stars, I would. Today, after not visiting this location for nearly 4 months due to poor customer service and quality of product..my mother decided to give them another shot. A simple order, a hotdog with only ketchup and onions (bc your chili sucks),a medium tea,and medium fry. The customer service employee working the drive thru asked her a total of 4 different times, “ketchup and onions, right?” & yet it has MUSTARD on it?! Not only that, you placed a broken lid on the cup so it spilled everywhere in the car as soon as she picked it up. This place obviously isn’t going to change and it’s a shame that people can’t get a quality meal within the community.
