We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take our order inside. An employee looked at us several times and just walked over to the drive through. Once we got our food the buns were stale and hard the burger itself was cold and the cheese was not even melted. The fries also tasted cold and stale. We threw half of our order away. Also there were several tables that had clearly not been cleaned.

Did the drive through today. They only accepted cash today as their credit card machine was broken. I did not get the right order, I checked my bag and counted the items and it was right so I left. When I get home and opened the wrapper, I had been given the wrong burger. I called the phone number on the receipt but it was out of service. I called a different number from the website and still out of order. I drove back to the Rockwell location and my burger was replaced with the one I ordered. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with them, but this is the first time I’ve spoken about it. I won’t go back there again.

The drive thru was insanely slow. It was so slow that the people behind me backed up and left. I was unable to leave because I was blocked in by a curb, otherwise I would have left as well. On top of waiting for 15 mins, I was also asked to pull up and wait some more so they can stop their drive thru time. My order only consisted of 3 double cheeseburgers and drinks. Do better!

The food is great. The service is hit or miss depending on which employees are working the shift though. Overall I recommend especially for anyone with kids because mine loved it.
Our order was taken in a timely manner and the food was ready fast. Everything was fresh and tasted good. They have a great deal on their breakfast platter
