Worst hot dog I ever had. I ordered all the way and husband ordered without chile. Husband got all the way. Bun tasted old and fell apart and hot dog was cold and tasted like it had a fish taste. Under new management do better.
Food was better than expected
Wait staff can't seem to put their phones down and help customers. Won't be back. With what food cost and everyone expecting a minimum 18% tip that's unacceptable.
We’ve been eating here for years. The new management is doing a fantastic job. Servers are great and the food is delicious. Also, we always find a smile on the cashier’s face that checks us out! Everyone is so friendly! Thank you for all that ya’ll do!
This place even with new management struggles. Went in and half the tables have food on them not being cleaned and people standing around. Neither waitress standing wants to take our order. One yells across dining area “I thought you were taking them” as if we were an inconvenience. As we are going to place our breakfast order we were told that they have no biscuits. This is a problem since all of my kids only eat the biscuit and gravy. We tried to give them a chance under this new management but it just doesn’t seem to matter who runs this place. As we are going to pay for our drinks so we can leave the floor is so sticky it is making a disgusting sound sticking to our shoes. Go get breakfast at East Rowan cafe. They are always busy but delicious.
Delicious seafood. We had baby flounder, shrimp, oysters. Cooked perfectly.
Great place to grab lunch

They have the sorriest crappiest food and service in any restaurant I've ever eaten at, they truly could give a s*** less about the customers or the quality of food they should not be there they simply seriously 100% suck

Yeah this used to be one of my very favorite places in the world to eat anti hang out and just to be around because the atmosphere was great and the food was great. But they're Under New Management now and I don't know any of the people and that's not really the problem the problem is that they aren't very attentive and the food is near as good so the atmosphere is there for not as good either so I wouldn't actually recommend it but if there's nothing else it's not horrible

The fried squash is off the hook incredible. Could have eaten a 5 gal pale of it. Outside of that, I wanted fish but the ONE piece Flounder dinner was 12.99 & 2 piece 18.99 (Holy Schmoly) So we had bbq & burgers. Not bad. Really. Not bad. But not like, ooohh this is good. Not sure I found cheese on cheeseburger. Maybe a melted liquid dot. Chili & slaw not too bad. Bun was probably toasted but firm & dry. I hate dry buns. Bbq was just ok, hush puppies were very good. Overall, on the whole, other places that rise higher on the Wow Meter. But I'd probably go back for another test spin
