Oder comes put as home fries not homemade chips no biggy she puta correct order in large fried pickles cones out. Now im ticked finnally a under cooked small order of homemade chips comes out didn't eat them. Double cheeseburger was almost burned he asked for extra chili onion and mustard he barely got any She didnt charge for homemade chips or pickles or home fries but wont go back food wast great and service sucked

There was one table of customers when we walked in and it still took over 30 minutes for us to get our food! Two of which were just salads. Maybe chicken takes twice as long to make, okay fine, I'll accept that response...but our server was also EATING at the counter. Standing there, watching her phone and dipping something into ranch and into to her mouth, then wiping her hands on her pants and turning around to grab plates. It was nauseating to watch. She enjoyed plenty of food while we waited for ours. And she never washed her hands in the process. Initially I was just wanting a dang refill for my coffee (which also never came) but after watching that for 30 minutes I truly wanted nothing that came from her hands. We will NEVER be back.

37 minute ticket time, for a bbq sandwich & chicken pot pie. Both items already Made. 2 tables in the entire place. I don’t get it. Watched the line cook use his phone, and multiple face touches with the same pair of gloves. You know how many germs are in a phone & face

I’ve been coming here every time I visit my dad with my husband and daughter, but this last visit was very disappointing.
We arrived around 3 PM and were greeted by a friendly waitress who took great care of us. My dad and I ordered the BBQ ribs, my husband got the fish sandwich, and my daughter ordered mac and cheese.
The food came out quickly, but the ribs looked and tasted old, as if they’d been reheated. My husband said his fish sandwich was bland with very little fish, and my dad’s coleslaw was sour like it had gone bad. I tried the ribs myself, and after two bites, I had to rush to the restroom to throw up (I’m 7 months pregnant). The bathrooms were also dirty, with no toilet paper in my stall and an unflushed toilet I flushed them myself and pushed the paper towel trash down for them.
The fried squash I ordered was soggy and oily, though the fried okra my dad got was decent. The coffee was old (the waitress admitted it was from that morning), but she did keep the sweet tea refilled.
When we returned the ribs, a German cockroach ran across our table toward the food my daughter dropped. (My dad said I should have took a photo of the roach before I flicked it but I panicked) Shortly after, the chef came out defensively explaining how they “pre-broil” their ribs before reheating them to serve, but they still tasted spoiled and asking where we are from making it seem a little offensive. He eventually took them off the bill, and we only paid for the kids’ meal, the fish sandwich and the drinks. Crazy how a BBQ RESTAURANT can’t get a bbq meal right. 😭
But the waitress was the best part of our visit, but unfortunately, everything else was a nightmare. We won’t be returning.

Worst hot dog I ever had. I ordered all the way and husband ordered without chile. Husband got all the way. Bun tasted old and fell apart and hot dog was cold and tasted like it had a fish taste. Under new management do better.
