They have the sorriest crappiest food and service in any restaurant I've ever eaten at, they truly could give a s*** less about the customers or the quality of food they should not be there they simply seriously 100% suck

Yeah this used to be one of my very favorite places in the world to eat anti hang out and just to be around because the atmosphere was great and the food was great. But they're Under New Management now and I don't know any of the people and that's not really the problem the problem is that they aren't very attentive and the food is near as good so the atmosphere is there for not as good either so I wouldn't actually recommend it but if there's nothing else it's not horrible
The fried squash is off the hook incredible. Could have eaten a 5 gal pale of it. Outside of that, I wanted fish but the ONE piece Flounder dinner was 12.99 & 2 piece 18.99 (Holy Schmoly) So we had bbq & burgers. Not bad. Really. Not bad. But not like, ooohh this is good. Not sure I found cheese on cheeseburger. Maybe a melted liquid dot. Chili & slaw not too bad. Bun was probably toasted but firm & dry. I hate dry buns. Bbq was just ok, hush puppies were very good. Overall, on the whole, other places that rise higher on the Wow Meter. But I'd probably go back for another test spin

Got there at 2pm. Barbeque must have been left over from lunch and was very dry
So it says BBQ, but all they have is pulled pork. Mostly seafood, steaks.

Visited Johnny's Barbecue last week to try some of their baby flounder. The restaurant was clean, wait staff pleasant and the fried flounder hot, crunchy and very tasty. I enjoyed the flounder, the delicious white slaw, slightly sweet hush-puppies and the billowy french fries. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. To top it off, the owner visits each table to ensure customers are satisfied - doesn't get any better than that!
Food was great. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend bringing your family.

All I have to say is if I were the owners I would be embarrassed and ashamed to even show my face if they couldn't serve a good quality meal the bread is old and flaky, the pork chops are hard and dried out from being over cooked!! Also the quantity size cups that they put in these plates with sides in them wouldn't fill up a small child up! I would not recommend eating here, very disappointed!!

So nothing has changed in over 20 years, including the booths. Went to breakfast this morning for the first time in years and was surprised that even after change in ownership still the same sad, old interior. Went to slide into booth and the whole thing fell apart. Staff asked if I was ok and that was the end of that. No offer for discount, or even pick up the whole tab. Booth is only glued and a couple of staples. Beware is all I have to say to anyone who goes here.. pick a chair and hope for thee best. Food wasn't even good.
