This store should be investigated, the staff are all very unprofessional and horseplay and goof off with patrons in front of them. It took a few minutes for someone to actually come to the front at the cash register for assistance floors are nasty shift manager at time of day very unprofessional staff, flirting with other patrons. Not the behavior that should be in a restaurant or food is being prepared and served

Visited this location tonight and it was a little busy so expected a wait. When I finally go to the drive thru window I was given part of my order and asked to pull forward to the curb which I had no issues doing. As I watched four more cars pull off from behind me with bags full of food and I was only waiting for three sandwiches I became curious as to why it was taking so long. I waked inside to inquire as to the status of my food and as I rounded the corner at the front counter there were several team members engaged in horse play and calling each other by racial slurs. I really did not appreciate this at all. When someone finally turned around, who I suspect was the manager on duty, my food was quickly handed to me with no apology whatsoever. I will not be retuning to this location any time soon as I will Inconveniencing myself to go to another town. I really hope this situation is corrected quickly.

Tried their returning snack wrap, tiny chicken tender with 2 wraps SMDH. Food was lukewarm by the time I got home which is about 5 mins away.

I just went there to meet someone for a meeting. It was dirty. The tables had food all over them.
The black haired white girl at the first window with the hand tattoo was being extremely rude I don’t know if she was maybe just having an off day but she was very erratic and seemed like she was strung out on drugs. The food was alright though

Justice, the manager at the Rockwell location is a God Send to the McDonald's Foundation. She went above and beyond for me out of pure kindness🩷 You just don't ever see that anymore.

Waited over 30 minutes for curbside order while employees did nothing but walk around doing nothing and they still got my order wrong because I was missing food.

You know what you’re getting when you come to any mcdonalds. But man this one taste like they’re cooking everything in the same 6 month old grease. Just a bad taste and the burger, nuggets, and fries all tasted the same. Old rancid oil. Perhaps that’s not the case but it surely taste like it. I get the same order at every McDonald’s I go to 2-3 times a week. None of them that I can remember tasted like this one. Just wasn’t good at all. None of it was remotely fresh either and I was here at 11:30am. Burger was barely warm. The large fry container had a small order amount of fries. I checked the bag twice making sure half of them didn’t fall into the bag. Nope. Just a small dumped into a large container.
