WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE!
Waited 40 minutes for cold pizza

Then waited over an hr for customer service bc the restaurant absolutely refused to answer the phone (was on hold for 30 minutes) and threw away old nasty food and had to cook lol

I will NEVER use this pizza hut ever again and I will tell everyone I know in town to stay away unless they want nasty disgusting food and terrible customer service.

This Pizza Hut, since the new management took over is off the chain. If you want a good Pizza the way it used to be, check them out before they run out of pan pizza doughs(LOL). They're wonderful, and the manager is by far the best.

I rarely write reviews. But this experience warranted one. I ordered online over one hour prior. Paid online. Got there and was told they just put it in the oven and it should be ready in 3-4 mins. I was also informed that they had run out of cheese and had to go to another Pizza Hut to get some. I asked for a 2 liter as an add on and was told I already paid online when I started to get my card out. Since there was a delay in the order, I figured they were comping the drink.

After 15 more mins I walked back in to inquire and they said again it was still cooking. Then another employee who had showed up as I was waiting informed me that I needed to pay for my drink. After explaining to her about the long wait time, and the lack of communication on not having food/cheese, she just stared at me and shrugged her shoulders. Needless to say I just gave the drink back.

To top it off, the pizza was the soggiest, greasiest pizza we have ever eaten. I’m so so sad bc usually we love Pizza Hut but the poor food quality and unacceptable customer service will prevent another trip to this one. Hopefully management will increase the quality and customer service expectations.

Really not sure if it was the food or what but the day after we ate we were all sick to our stomach. The food was not done all the which may have had something to do with it. I think we'll just stick with dominoes or papa John's, sorry guys we Really wanted to give y'all a second chance

Since being taken over my new management, Alicia has gone above and beyond to ensure amazing service, delicious food, and an overall good atmosphere. She is present frequently & ensures staff are knowledgeable about their job. We are all human so mistakes happen, but if any mistakes are made with orders she’s quick to correct them and educate her team! I’ve been in a few times and have been very pleased with the way business is ran.

I placed a small online order for delivery on Thursday night at 9:42. ORDER PLACED SUCCESSFULLY. It was said to arrive by 10:15....at 10:30 I called the restaurant to see where my food was and the restaurant was closed. Never received ant call..text.. apologies? ?☹️????
