I placed a small online order for delivery on Thursday night at 9:42. ORDER PLACED SUCCESSFULLY. It was said to arrive by 10:15....at 10:30 I called the restaurant to see where my food was and the restaurant was closed. Never received ant call..text.. apologies? ?☹️????

Well tried their pizza last week and it sucked wasn't done almost no toppings and definitely no sauce so I complained and they gave me a pizza for later so went again tonight same dam thing no flavor and no dam sauce I swear they are making box pizza from the grocery store

Ordered on the app. Received confirmation email. I used my points for a free pizza plus another 30 something dollars from my bank account for the rest of the order. Husband goes to pick it up at the time it says and the store is closed. Tried to call. message just says store is closed and hangs up. So why did it allow me to order on the app if they’re not open and they took my points and my money?!?

My food had a LONGGGG hair in it, and the customer service was HORRIBLE when I picked up my order, as well as when I called back to advise that hair was in my food. I then had to bring the food back to show proof that hair was in the food. Horrible experience and I don’t live near the location so to drive there to pick up and then have to drive back to show proof was an inconvenience. Lastly it was my first time ever going to the location and that sanitation is HORRIBLE! One of the nastiest, dirtiest restaurants I’ve seen in a very long time. That should have been my queue to leave the food where it was and ask for a refund immediately.

During $12 special we ordered a super supreme + extra cheese & pepperoni, pickup. Total bill $15 ish. Received the skimpiest pizza w/o extras ordered. Looks like they removed 1/2 the toppings. Very sad looking.
