As far as sonics go this is one of the best ones around

My kids had gift cards from Christmas that they wanted to use at the sonic and after we had ordered, I told the cashier we had gift cards to pay with, and they said that the gift cards “freeze up their whole system, “ also another time we visited this location for Wednesday, which they advertise us having 1.99 kids meals They had to be told to make it 1.99 and they still charged us 5.99 - we had to get them to refund us. It happened to 3 other families that were with us too! Just absolute incompetence, they didn’t care one bit either. We won’t be returning to this location.

THEY GAVE ME A *MOLDY* BUN ON MY BURGER!!! That, and evidently they don't know their own machines and won't listen to customers for crap. Overly stingy with the icecream today too, which just adds insult to injury. I'm guessing the red-head woman I talked to in the drive-thru was a Lead or something, but she was condescending as all hell. I won't be back for a long while, if ever.

Waited over 15 minutes for 4 wraps
When I asked why the wait she said the chicken had to cook which took 5 minutes. Which would have been believable if we only waited 6 minutes and had fresh wraps Instead we waited 15 and got room temp wraps

Sometimes when I go I get someone friendly and other times when I go I get someone who's rude. Food is pricey. I do like the happy hour with half off drinks. But I would like to see a happy hour with half off shakes as well

I would not recommend the sonic in Rockwell to nobody The guy at the window kept my card and if I wouldn't had asked for it I don't think that he would have given it back to me and the guy at window gave us our food and then he took the food back and checked the food and he gave the same food back out the window we call the Sonic in Rockwell and the manager said that he would call us back and the manager didn't call back he also said that wasn't there policy and he would see who was working the drive thru and take care of it he also said he would compensate for the mistakes made

This was terrible!! 1) no tomato on the burgers, 2) two trips thru the drive thru, 3) tots were ordered fried light and were fried like rocks, 4) the tots were so salty they were not edible. $40.00 wasted!!!

If they're consistent at anything it's getting your order wrong went tonight for 2 milkshakes one chocolate ore and one oreo peanut butter the chocolate ore was vanilla and had butterfingers in it also for some reason and the peanut butter oreo had no peanut butter and also butterfinger again for some reason don't go here if you count on your order being right
