Ask for the same thing almost every time I come here and have been told onions don’t come on that burger all for them to slam a ton of onions on the food I come back and tell them about it and the girl says you don’t have to be rude you haven’t seen rude this is rude I will no longer order from here ! I ordered an Oreo shake and the Oreos tasted off and stale so when I got home I called up to figure out what was wrong and see if I could come back to get a refund and the lady said I'm sorry and hung up the phone on me

I don’t recommend this specific location due to the fact they over charged me for extra cherries just to get none at all on many occasions! And when I told them they didn’t give me any at all they brought some out just to charge me yet again!!! However they did give me plenty of limes!!!! Oooh and this location does not do refills ? WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

The hamburger was like rubber. It was like it had been cooked 5 times before already. Plus, the drive-thru speaker was very hard to hear the employee speaking.
So my brother sat in stall 3 from 9:55pm to 11pm after placing his order, once he went to the door they told him somehow someone in the drive thru paid for his food so he got skipped so they needed to remake his food, which was good bc it was fresh but here’s the kicker after sitting for a whole hour waiting on his food they still made him pay for it

I ordered a BLT and asked for them not to burn the bacon. I got home and my bacon is burnt so bad it’s almost black. Nobody wants to eat burnt food! Listen to your customers and do better!

Ridiculous. Literally sat in the drive thru for 30 mins just to be handed the wrong food. This was AFTER sitting in a bay and no one ever responded. Sounded like they were having a party inside the building . Will not be ordering from here again.
