Ordered a salad online and they completely left out the lettuce. Only gave me toppings in a bowl. When i called they made a joke of it and had a total disregard for anyone’s time or money. Said it was accidental to leave out the entire base of a salad. Abby offered to remake it but let me know it would be 30 minutes. Drove back for a refund. A bunch of kids with no customer service skills

They need new managing at the store I was recently in there left a tip for an employee which is my favorite was told I could leave it in her stocking and she would get it as I did not want to share with anyone else just give it to her later on I found out she was accused of stealing by another employee $5 from tip money... that child would never steal anything and that money was for her and her only. Not sure what to think about this. Definitely needs better management in this place.

Was unable to order in the store. Waited 10 minutes, had one person in front of me, they had waited 15 minutes, and the worker was just making conversation and very slowly making one sub in the entire time I was there. Had to leave as there was no way to get lunch in my hour long lunch break. Ridiculous.

Felt like it was an inconvenience being there, food was not good, bread was dry. They put the littlest amount of meat and veggie as possible. Definitely would not go back again. Do better

They suck @$$. Literally.
I can't fathom spending $10 on a CUSTOM sandwich to get something completely different than what my receipt says. Do better. Hire employees that care about more things than their phone. Truly pissed. Suggest hiring new staff. It's summertime so someone will be needed the extra money. As I'm typing this, there's a customer pissed off beside me over the same thing. Management needs to correct this.

Online says 8:00 a.m. go to the store The door says 8:00 a.m.
Employee comes out at 8:10 while I'm standing at the door and says they will not be open till 9:00. I asked why both online and the door say eight She said she's not sure they don't open till 9:00. Sounds to me like management there needs to change the hours or the opening employees need to understand what 8:00 a.m. means. Just give us a Jersey Mike's already!

Not satisfied at all there's one specific girl that works in there who is always rude and charging me for some cheese that actually goes on the sandwich I had got a sub today and the flat bread wasn't toasted, and hardly any chicken or veggies on it and hardly any mayo or ranch. Never will come back to this location again will go to granit from now on.

Lately we have been doing mobile orders and they have gotten it wrong everytime or they have missed up Sandwhiches and they did send chips or a drink with my meal. It’s soo irritating because they have gotten it wrong everytime we do a mobile order.

My husband and I got subway a few days ago. Both got the chicken teriyaki and we both started not to feel good. My husband threw up a couple of times. I will definitely not be going back to this subway at all.

While all Subway stores should be the same, they are not. We visit a lot of them and the one in Granite Quarry NC is the best of the best. Clean, very friendly staff and the subs are truly made with care. Veggies always look fresh.
