Anne's Donuts and Bakery

Julie was a great help when I got there.

I had a poor experience at another establishment before stopping at Anne's to pick up some snacks while traveling through the area as part of my quest to visit all 100 NC counties.

I did not read reviews before stopping, but my experience was fine. The cashier gave me recommendations, and packaged my donuts well.

I wanted to try some of the pastries as well, but I just bought the filled donuts. Wow! They didn't look that great but they were well filled and delicious. The filling and the donut itself. Often the donut, with filled ones, can be bland.

Easy to park and clean restrooms. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in town. Also reasonable prices.

Stopped here while passing through town and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. The woman working did not acknowledge me when I greeted her, and the overall environment felt unwelcoming. After reading other reviews, I noticed a pattern that raises concerns about potential bias or unequal treatment. Due to the poor customer service, I chose not to make a purchase.

Let's start off with the rude cashier. No greeting at all. I said good morning and nothing. She didn't speak at all until she gave me my total. Next I've gone to Anne's since Pine Street. This has got to be the worst I ever tasted. Quality has gone down. Doughnut all you could taste was sugar. The donut holes left a greasy after taste . Most definitely will not go back this place needs to close

Fluffy cloud like donuts ! They don't skimp on the sugar around here ! My favorites are the cream cheese and the apple filled donuts. Get there early! Cheaper prices than fast food donuts and wayyy better quality!

The lady that works here acts like you’re bothering her and is very dismissive and unpleasant. Ask about a birthday cake and act like she didnt want to help.

I always call ahead of time to see if they have any donut holes before I come they never have any past 10 or before. Supply and demand needs to be evaluated here if you make enough they won’t be sold out.

Never been to location but someone dropped off a dozen glazed donuts to our construction trailer and they were amazing. I couldn't control myself around them.

They made my mom and boyfriend birthday cakes and came out beautiful. It tasted really good as well

Stopped by today to get donut holes,about 10:30 and the lady was so rude and blunt. She didn't greet you and when asked if they sale a variety box she just say we have what you see. So we didn't buy anything, I love their donuts but I don't think I'll bother her anymore. Krispy Kreme will have my business. "Customer service should be the same for all people."

Ordered a dozen donuts. Disappointed they were round like a tire and the donuts didn’t taste or look like Ann’s usual donuts has she sold out!
