I’ve been too this applebees so many times with failed experiences, this time… the service and food was excellent. My server “ Toe” was the best! Attentive, friendly , professional she made the experience so much better! If you go ask for “ Toe”

The service is the worst at this store. Ordered online today and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food. The gentleman who locked the door at the pickup was rude he was working the food area with street clothes and had the nerve to have an attitude when people were in line trying to get their food. His exact words " y'all coming here after a snow storm". Once the door was locked I tried calling the storm with no answer. After this horrible service today I will be sending an email directly to corporates both the franchise and the franchise owner. Got home after I got all that attitude and all of my food was wrong. I will be getting a full refund if someone would answer the phone.

38th Wedding Anniversary and we wanted a couple of streaks. The food was good even though it wasn't hot or particularly warm when we got it. The service was Very Slow. We waited a very long time for sauce and drink refills. We gave up on the sauce and finally got the drinks.
Not the evening we were anticipating. Probably won't return.
Our server was either Ambria or Andrea.
