The absolute worst service. This is the only time I have ever walked out of a restaurant, and we’ve been here before so I didn’t even have unreasonable standards. I don’t go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but this one deserves it. My husband and I got there Tuesday night at 6. There were two other parties seated, one leaving, and one at the bar. The host didn’t say two words to us and gestured for us to anywhere around the bar. The bartender was our “server” we sat there for 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. She said she wanted to finish her “guests’” table first which made me feel like they were friends (unprofessional). She sent another server to get us started. I tried to order three different drinks and she was rude about telling me that she didn’t have any of them (the issue being her rudeness). We went ahead and placed our food order with our fill in waitress at the same time as our drinks. We sat another several minutes (still with no water being brought to us) when the bar tender came over and said that she wasn’t given our food ticket and asked us to repeat it for her. Our menus were already taken from us and even so, that was so unprofessional. We gave our order, we had been there close to half an hour. There was no apology, no smile, nothing. That’s a great way to lose business. So as soon as she walked away we left. I recommend whoever is in charge here to really look at their staff because it was beyond unacceptable. The only reason I didn’t call the manager this afternoon was because I thought it being public would have a better outcome.We went to Buffalo Wild Wings instead and had great service even though they were actually busy.

Horrible across the board! Took forever to even be seated. We had 3 entrees that all came out at different times. The hamburger was ok, the broccoli chicken alfredo was very cold with undercooked broccoli, and the bourbon chicken and shrimp was burnt to hell. Our server never came back to check on the meal and we literally had to go to the bar for the check so we could leave. Avoid this place like the plague. The low sanitation rating we saw as we left would have been a deterrent had we seen it. This place either needs to have an overhaul or just close down.

Tried to eat here and was looking forward to their Asian Salad. Stood there waiting for 5 min, then a couple came in and we both waited another 5 min, nothing….. after a server, and two barmaids looked at us and did nothing, we decided to leave along with two couples that were seated and said they had been there 20 min. And nothing…….wow…..just close this location if you can’t find anybody to work.

I went here with 3 people on Easter Sunday. My server was named neka please correct me if I’m wrong, Works every long hours with little pay. She was so calm and patient despite the rude and nasty one coworker she had. She kept her calm and continued serving us with no issues. Food was actually amazing!!!!

There was only one person that was working that day she was being a bartender and server so I did not get my food on time but she did manage to get some time to bring it to me the food was good and I will be ordering again from there or I might be dining in next time.

AW-FUL!!!! Got here at 6 still here at 8 just got food. The service here is so disconnected and unorganized that it’s ridiculous. Food came out in increments, no silverware, drinks not refilled properly, Long Island iced tea was awful just lemon juice and what ever mixture they used with no hint of liquor. I was so disgusted and tired by the time the food came that I just asked for a to go tray. When I say that not one server cared about the service they surely did not. Jon Taffer would have a field day in this place.

Service was TERRIBLE! Server was too busy doing nothing. Our food was so bad we couldn't eat it. The only thing we ate was the salad, after having to walk to the kitchen to get our own salad dressing that the server never gave us. Won't be back!!!!

Went there tonight, they weren't busy, got seated, waited almost 10 minutes, NEVER had a server approach us, watched 2 other tables, seated AFTER us, get service before us. We got up and walked out, and so did another couple waiting to be seated. We're done with this store. We'll drive 20 minutes in the other direction for the other store.
Food was amazing and the server was very nice and great to talk too was pretty quiet during lunch time would love to see there Applebee's sign hopefully fixed soon looks like a car hit it.

No problem with the food. My friend left their phone. I came back to check, and it wasn't there, and nobody turned a phone in. I went in to ask about it and was met with an attitude. My question was not even answered, so I just left. No problem, I'll probably come back in hopes someone more cordial will help. I'll await your response. The phone is basically useless at this point.For the record, I do not believe you're responsible for this, and I will continue to do business there.

I recently visited the Applebees in Rocky Mount with 3 of my coworkers and my server, Lexis was horrible! First, she took forever to greet us once we were seated. We had to call her over just be able to get service and when we did she had a terrible attitude. Normally I’m very understanding because typically restaurants can be short-staffed and busy; however, there were only a few customers there. I ordered the all you can eat trio and we all ordered a water to drink. She never brought any of us water to the table. I had to ask halfway through my meal just for mine. Not to mention, I was only able to have 1 refill because after I received my food, she waited an ENTIRE 20 minutes before ever coming back to the table. When she finally came back so I could tell her what I wanted, she told me the kitchen was now closed!!I’m very upset with the experience I had. The food was pretty decent overall however the experience was a 0/10.
