They need better management at this location no one here should get any bonuses. The experience was the worst. I was told to pull up fries are cooking ok no problem. The lady brings me my food and it’s all cold the fries and the sandwich which was well below the food danger zone were bacteria grows rapidly COUNT YOUR DAYs arby’s

When I was here last week with my mother she had a problem and Alex was very helpful. He fixed the problem and was very attentive to her. I wish more employees were like Alex. He went above and beyond to help her.

I stopped at this Arby's while on a road trip to pick up my dog. I don't have an Arby's where we live, so finding one is kind of a treat. I was there around 3pm, so it was quiet in between lunch and dinner. I ordered a Smokehouse Brisket combo and subbed potato cakes for curly fries. The cashier said they would call me when the order is ready, which only took a few minutes while the potato cakes were being fried. I went to the fountain drink machine and the Coke Zero wasn't dispensing any syrup with the water, so I decided on another drink, then went to get some honey mustard and horsey sauce for dipping. The honey mustard dispenser wasn't working, so I went to counter to let them know. I was told the soda dispenser was down since the day before, but there was no indication of that on the machine. I didn't even bother to tell them about the other dispenser due to their lack of concern. The floors were slippery like they needed to be stripped and rewaxed, and there were no towels in women's restroom despite having two dispensers. I walked out to the lobby and used napkins to dry my hands. There were other customers in and out, so it's not for lack of customers, but these issues are things that turn me off to a place and I won't be returning. I blame management for not holding the place to a higher standard.

Ordered online to pick up in drive thru, wasn't giving a straw so I had to go around and go inside and get one than I got reg fries instead of curly fries to be told we're out of curly fries first off should have said something ar the window when my food was given to me. Secondly ran out of curly fries really?!?!? Do better please your famous for the curly fries...

I was just at this arby’s location when i witnessed a young employee with a blonde wig and what appears to be her child having a dance party in the parking lot and smoking what i hope isn’t marijuana, i didn’t know arby’s was a strip club now 0/10 horrible atmosphere, horrible food.

I just left the drive thru. I ordered a ham and cheese..extra cheese and a ham and cheese combo also a 5 piece chicken. I was told it was gonna take 5 minutes for the chicken. No problem. I'm on the phone talking not thinking about the time...15 passed nothing. I back up to the windows and he ask what I'm waiting on...!!!! My whole order!!!. I go in inquiring about my order again... I see the cook just now dropping my tenders... granted no one is waiting but us. So disappointed in this place. All these employees and you can't get a simple order out. I won't be back.
