Stopped for to go curly fries. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Took off a star because fries were not full. I would have gladly waited a few minutes for them to cook more so we would have gotten a complete order.

Very very slow service. The person at the pick up window acts like it is an imposition to pick up anything... Like she resents you interrupting her.

Got tired of waiting in the drive through after being told just a sec after the person in front of me was speaking for a good 5 minutes. Inside not any better. 8 minutes or so to place an order. 2 other people hovering unclear whether they've ordered or not and neither does the guy in charge since he called cattle to take the next order and then forgot my simple request for Arby's sauce for my 2 classic roast beefs to go.
