When I was here last week with my mother she had a problem and Alex was very helpful. He fixed the problem and was very attentive to her. I wish more employees were like Alex. He went above and beyond to help her.
I was traveling from GA to VA, and it was time for lunch. This Arby's answered my request perfectly. The individual behind the counter was smiling and cheerful. The establishment was clean and pleasant.
The service was fine. The staff was also fine. My complaint is that at 5 pm they should have Apple and cherry turnovers ready for the dinner customers. I go by there for dinner to take home and most of the time they don't have any turnovers ready. I don't know how long it takes to fix them but they never offer to fix any either. I ask them will they have any ready shortly and they always say no.
